Great room. Great value for money. Impeccable service
Staff were very accommodating and lovely. The ambience was amazing, very high class Victorian style. Food was very good (though a little on the salty side but I do tend to eat on the bland side). Will definitely go again when I have the chance! :)
We booked a meal for after an art exhibition with friends. We had stylish drinks in the wonderful American Bar first. We were shown to our table from there, and didn’t have to ask. Four of us ordered different things, and we all enjoyed them equally. We splashed out on a bottle of Gigondas which was good but we have had better in the past. I wasn’t sure it really merited the cost.
But that doesn’t detract from the evening, We do commend the staff in the kitchen and front of house for managing to produce 4 different and well cooked meals in good time. You are doing this sort of thing really well.
Consistently good for straightforward brasserie food on a lovely setting with great service
Fantastic food and atmosphere, loved the whole experience! We will definitely will be going again next time we are back in London
We all had a wonderful evening, the waitress at the bar, Jolita, was fantastic, she attended to all our needs, she was very friendly and made our experience exceptional.
All staff were polite and promptly responsive.
The only disappointment was a cake ordered for our friends birthday, it did not feel special.
Overall very happy.
We love going back to Brasserie Zedel whenever the opportunity arises. Great value for money. The interior and ambience are what I look forward to. This time around, the dessert wasn’t exceptionally delicious, but Zedel never disappoints when it comes to mains. Will definitely come back and catch the jazz performers next time. Thank you to the staff.
Great atmosphere, food, service and value, glad we found this restaurant.
It was simply perfect, highly recommend if you're celebrating your anniversary!
Service was very rushed through the starters & main courses and then we were more or less abandoned having to try and catch our waiter’s attention to order deserts, drinks, bill, etc. Also they kept forgetting who ordered what and handing out the wrong cutlery to everybody (my husband had to request a spoon for his soup!). The food was very mediocre which is actually what I remembered from historic visits but my nephew & niece wanted to come here and it’s a fun venue.
As always a fantastic lively atmosphere in the superb setting of the dining room. Food gorgeous as always. The wine, magnificent, the service attentive and professional. Great value.
Beautiful surroundings, great ambience, good value meal
Our second recent visit to Brasserie Zedel. LOVE the french fries, perfectly cooked. Each of the french classics we've had has been lovely, and their complementary bread with salty, fluffy butter is a delight. Lots of conversational hum in this big, impressive space - so wonderful to hear it again after all the months of isolation! Service was a little slow this day but overall excellent.
The reduced tables make this restaurant so much more pleasant. Staff and food are still top
Great family meal.
A superb restaurant, great food fantastic setting friendly staff
Absolutely beautiful surroundings- very french cinema and there is an entertainment venue here too I wasn’t aware of. Very like a Parisian Brasserie and we loved the jazz band
A new favourite. Restaurant interior is amazing, staff were very attentive and food was lovely. Live music was a nice finish to a good evening.
Celebrating my brother birthday . The place is beautiful and was buzzing . Excellent menu and fantastic value. Our food was cooked to perfection . The choice of drinks perfect. The staff went out of their way to make us very welcome and find a perfect table for my brother as he suffers deafness so noise can be a huge problem for him. He was also given a lovely birthday cake which he was thrilled with. Thanks to all the staff for making his birthday lunch perfect. Hope to return soon
Great atmosphere and delicious boeuf bourginon
Great atmosphere, the waiter was on point, and the food was really nice!
Waiting staff were very friendly. However the front of house staff (reception) were very robotic. There was a sarcastic tone when they “welcomed” us. Food was outstanding as always.
One of my favourite restaurants in London. Food is always delicious, service is impeccable and the environment is just amazing. Can't recommend it enough!
Always great food and service
Such great value, great atmosphere, attentive and nice waiters. Covid specific - well organized and safe.
The service and food was amazing, a singular experience
Honestly one of the best restaurants in London for a Birthday meal! Such a fun atmosphere, excellent food and drinks and really lovely staff! Could not recommend more
Excellent service and food. As always.
