Weather-permitting, we also have Al Fresco seating available on a walk-in basis.
The food which is flagged as Gluten Free on the allergies menu is not correct. The potatoes Bravas should be highlighted as gluten free as it is not cooked in separate oil.
Best tapas place I’ve ever been to. Amazing atmosphere, food & location by the dock.
Our 2nd visit to this restaurant. Warm welcome and lovely staff. Food, as last time was quick and hot and tasted great, however, this visit seemed a bit rushed, no time to settle and enjoy the ambiance and company of my wife. For a fast food quick meal, the Bravos Tapas is ideal, but for a relaxed event this venue may not live up to expectations.
Liked the way you did not have just one waitress, they all looked after you. They gave good recommendations on the food. Food was brought to the table at the right times. Good value and choices.
It was pleasant. Service was ok.
Love it with every visit!
Food- fantastic! Must try are the fois gras (crema catalana), the grilled octopus and of course the torrija dessert
Service- during busy hours it might take longer to be served, but they're always friendly and professional
Atmosphere- cosy and lively in the same time
The food was good. The service was non existent and we waited ages to be given a menus and orders to be taken. I’m not sure that I would be going back in any hurry
Liked the food, but the portions are way too small for the meal to be Worth the money. The lamb chops were far undercooked, which made them chewy and not pleasant. this could have been a great place but we paid 70 pounds for a 5 tapas for 2 and left the place hungry. We will not be returning, sorry...
A return visit for us as we enjoyed it so much last time & it didn't disappoint again. Between our group we tried a dozen different dishes and each one offered a great taste sensation. Even the sangria was delicious on a hot day with a lovely view over StK Docks.
It is difficult to single out particular dishes but the pork belly & jamon croquetas were outstanding - genuinely making us smile as we devoured them!
It is not the cheapest restaurant so we saved it for a special occasion and it is less painful on the pocket when you feel that you've enjoyed it this much. To top off our meal, we saved enough space for the delicious mascerated strawberries & brioche pudding.
Minor gripes were that our table had a bizarre sink in the middle so the dishes were placed on a wooden bar across it which worried us that we might lose some into the sink & our serving staff were polite but didn't appear to be particularly happy in their work. Our experience of them last time was far more enthusiastic. Would happily recommend to anyone that wants a real taste of Spain & a gastro delight.
Another fabulous night in bravas tapas. Great food and service.
Good quality food and varied menu. Try the Prawn Lollipops - delicious!
Excellent food and service, lovely setting and good value for money
Absolutely incredible food. Octopus, Galician Beef and Salmon Rulada being the highlights for me. Staff have excellent knowledge of the menu too.
Lovely meal, great location and good service. Only negative was the side dishes (salads and potatoes) arrived 15 mins before the main (meat) dishes, it would have been better for all to arrive together as the sides were ordered to accompany the meat dishes
We made a reservation for a week night since there seemed to be a lot of reservations. We were seated on time, and really liked our waitress, but then she was moved to the outside tables, and the new waitress seemed new and ignored us.
The menu is especially light on vegetable dishes, and some staples are missing. The oysters were tasty, but 3 pieces for 8 pounds seems steep to me. They were served with no fork, just a knife. I ordered a dish described as tomatoes and olive oil on bread, expecting sliced or chopped tomatoes. Instead, it was tomato soup mixed with some oil on untoasted french bread split in half. I ate some of the dish, with faith that it must have herbs or some redeeming value. When it did not, I sent it back 2/3 intact and told our waitress we did not like it. No credit was offered.
All in all, my view is overpriced and not that tasty.
The dishes were so tasty and very inventive. They are a bit small, but beautifully presented.
5 time here - still love it and I will keep coming back
We meet up with a bunch of friends and had a great meal - it’s a cramped place in a great location with good food. If you enjoy sharing small tapas style food with others this is for sure a good choice.
Love everything about this please: the food, the service and the ambience.
Good quality of tapas. Worth the visit!
My 6th or 7th visit to “Las Bravas” and as good as ever.
Thank you! Everything was good. We really enjoyed it!
The food was great and whether as a consequence of the cooking or design, the dishes came out really well spaced out (i.e. not too fast, not too slow).
The service was great and attentive. Really liked the free Spanish lesson in the toilets! And of course being on the dock, it's a great location.
Family reunion, service was beyond outstanding. One of the highlights of our trip to London.
Had a lovely evening at Bravas Tapas, good food, good service, would go again.
Friendly staff, great tapas and nice location . Good for a celebration
Amazing place, food, ambience and service! One of my favorite places to hang out in London! Totally recommended.
Food fabulous as ever and staff very friendly
Lovely food, service was good. Will return.
Great food, many different tapas. Explicitly the ham and fish tapas a outstanding. Quick service and very friendly staff
Not really a place to eat, but rather snack, drink and enjoy your company
Beautiful food, great advice from waitress, fast service, great ambience, great location.
If you want to sit in a very nice place, close to the docks, with nice view and ambience. If you want to be pleasantly served, and eat very well. If you like Spanish food. I definitely recommend you go to Tapas Bravas. Everything is well served, with taste. Staff will serve you with a smile, and you will definitely be satisfied.
The service was awful, and the waitress has a very despicable manner. We can not believe how pushy and rude she was. Shame for an independent to provide service like that in this area. Never ever going to visit or recommend to anyone.
This must be my fourth trip, so that should tell you something. A few subtle menu changes, old favourites (brava potatoes, lamb) and decent drinks options. What's not to like? Just that we had to remind about one of us being gluten intolerant (it was on the booking) but once they were reminded there was plenty of choice. Prices at upper end but location etc. is probably why. Will be back for a fifth (and no doubt sixth) visit when I can ...
Excellent food, taste and speed of service was exceptional. Staff and atmosphere were also brilliant.
Absolutely delicious food and great location. Only thing that put us off slightly was that when we ordered one glass of cava and water for the remaining three people, there was a face pulled by the waitress who said 'Really?'
We had three non-drinkers with us, don't feel we should be made to feel judged.
Had an amazing meal, you must try the potato bravas, better than spain, the Fois Gras Crema Catalana is one of the best dishes I have ever had. Octopus was tender and the short rib just melted in my mouth.
See you again soon.
Place was a little too loud, had to yell to be heard by other people standing at the same small table.
Everything else: food, service, location was excellent.
Would have given this a 5 star but the Patates Bravas came up overseasoned , however they were immediately replaced with a fresh plate once mentioned. It was noisy but hey this is London at the weekend. Excellent staff.
