Bricco Restaurant - West Hartford
Always a pleasure. The oven roasted cauliflower (new on the menu) was fabulous
Very good food, service. Good selections of wines. Good price for what you will experience. Seating is tight but nice. The only complaint i have is that seating for 2 is limited, we had the worst seating in the place, right by the wait staff station and delivery of meals. The staff is great which made up for it.
Bricco never disappoints. Our appetizers of burrata cheese and thinly sliced octopus were delicious and our mustard bbq glazed salmon was wonderful. We have been going to Bricco for close to 30 years and will continue because the food is consistently good and inventive
The food at Bricco is outstanding. The environment is elegant and the service is outstanding. Nina was a first rate server!
Excellent service and delicious food..... s place you must visit .
Always the best plus it was restaurant week and 1/2 price wine on Mondays
seating for two people was really tight food was good service was OK but busy and really tight seating
We celebrated my birthday and my son’s birthday and this is always my go to restaurant! The Tuscan Pot Roast was delish! The rest of the family had the free range chicken which never disappoints. We ended the night with the most delicious hot fudge sundae in CT!
never disappoints and we're usually there 1-2 times/week!
The food and service were spectacular. If I could give it a 10, I would. Had the artichoke and octopus carpaccio for apps. Amazing and beautiful. Had the branzino and scallops for entree. Same. Bread pudding dessert. Amazing as well. Our server was off the charts fantastic. This place is top notch. Thank you for a stunningly delicious and beautiful meal.
I was surprised to learn the staff at the restaurant do not consider booking through Open Table a “reservation.” They tell customers they are actually just being put on a call ahead list by using Open Table—that needs to be made much clearer.
When I ordered my pasta dish, I told the waitress that I wanted the pasta to be well cooked--not al dente. Unfortunately, when the dish arrived, the pasta was al dente. The waitress returned it, and Bricco's made the dish again--quickly. The manager came over to tell me that my dish would be coming out soon. He even checked back after I got my food to make sure it was done to my satisfaction. He certainly wanted me to leave the restaurant as a satisfied customer, and I did.
Great food are waitress was great which is very important when your eating out !
Always consistently excellent. Food, service and atmosphere. One of the best around.
Bricco was awesome! Amazing food, the best service, will definitely be visiting there again!
Food and service were excellent, it was very busy but that was to be expected but it was not noisy or anything. Highly recommend Bricco for any special occasion or just normal dinner.
Every review that I've written for Bricco West Hartford is five stars! It was crazy busy there this time, but we received the same top-notch service as we usually do. Bricco is our favorite go-to place especially for me who has gluten/dairy intolerances. The chef always does good by me and with just a few adjustments I have a delicious and "safe" meal. The salmon is my favorite and my husband loves the filets. For cocktails you must try the Cosmo Bianco! My limit is one, but ooooh I could do two so easily. Bricco West Hartford rocks.
Outstanding food, service and ambiance. Will definitely be back!
Great service and food is awesome
No one told us the specials, so my husband was disappointed that he missed having chicken Milanese. The women who poured water grabbed the glass from my husband so he didn’t have s chance to tell her he didn’t like ice in his water. High prices for mediocre service.
Service and food was excellent. Spoke to manager about men’s restroom, re: out of soap and plumbing drip leak above urinal - he appreciated the info.
Enjoyed the tuna main course special.
Food was very good, service was excellent, noise level was slightly deafening!
Separate from our usual fantastic food (loved the new onion soup -held the bread- WOW) ...John Mariano ALWAYS ensures our experience is personal, memorable, and all around fantastic. Thank you, John!
Super crowded and a little loud. Cesar salad was a bit too lemony. One of my favorite places to go so will definitely be back.
This was our granddaughters birthday, and she wanted to go to Bricco Restaurant. All of the ladies had Chicken Malinase . Having had this dish previously, we knew we would thoroughly enjoy it, and we did. Our waitress was very pleasant and efficient. We all had a wonderful time.
Our server was fantastic. Attentive and friendly. The ambiance was great and the food was generally good. The shrimp that were added to a salad were over-cooked. Overall, a nice experience. Would go back.
One of the most sought after tables in WH center, Bricco's is busy 7 days a week. Their pasta dishes are amazing (Baked rigatoni my personal favorite). But they're so much more than pasta. Bread, salads, fish, wine and ambiance are all outstanding.
I love coming here. It is a great dining experience from the arrival to the departure. Everyone we encountered made us feel welcomed and appreciated. Melissa C our server was fabulous. She was very efficient and so nice. We felt like having her join us for lunch. She was very helpful as we selected our lunch and patient with our pace. I also like the teamwork you see within the restaurant...everyone helps and everyone cares!
Was amazing per usual. Great food and atmosphere
This is my go to place anytime someone asks where we should go for dinner. Bricco now offers brunch and as I expected it was Devine! I had the caramelized grapefruit with fresh berries and powdered sugar and challah bread French toast with fresh berries and cannoli cream!
It's always a pleasure to enjoy dining at Bricco's. The guest who joined me also found it
enjoyable. The servers were very busy, but caring and attentive.
Bricco has been one of our favorite restaurants for years and continues to be reliable in food preparation and service. We decided to take our son, his wife and their 20 month-old son (sometimes a risky proposition) for a New Year's Day dinner to start the year off. Our waitress was wonderful, the food was great and our grandson was flirting with a number of other lady diners who found him adorable. We had alerted them to the fact that we needed a high chair and, though the spaces are tight, they put us at a table with enough room and were very accommodating by bringing him out a cheese pizza quickly while we were still enjoying cocktails and appetizers. We started with their crispy calamari and an order of whipped ricotta which came with delicious bread...both excellent as were the entrees and we finished with one apple crisp and one chocolate cake. Keep up the good work, Bricco.
Top restaurant in the area ! Always have a gteT meal . What I liked was that they didn’t jack up the prices because it was New Year’s Eve. Also that we could make a reservation is ideal , not just on New Year’s Eve but please do it all the time! Everything about this restaurant is a winner !!!
Everything was perfect except no one acknowledged my husbands birthday which was noted on the reservation. Disappointed in that. Don’t ask if you ignore the special occasion.
Always a favorite! Great food. Everything on the menu is good.
We have tried every restaurant in W.H. and I have to say Bricco's is the best all around restaurant in the area.
You can tell the owner Billy takes a lot of pride in his restaurant, you'll see him always working on his menu and takes the time to talk to his patrons, which we love.
The food is out of this world, you can close your eye's, point at any entree and you'll never be disappointed, everything is so delicious and consistently so.
The staff are very friendly and accommodating, we've had nothing, but the best of times there in the dining area.
If you like visiting the bar, they have some of the best bartenders you'll ever meet, PJ and Victor are in a class by themselves, amazing service and personalities, which will keep coming back for more.
Billy keep up the great work, we love what you created.
My husband and I have a very enjoyable experience dining at Bricco. The food was excellent and the service was outstanding. My husband had the tuna and he couldn't stop talking about how good it was.
Great food and great service!
Really loved the food and atmosphere! We all had the social chicken parmigiana. The service was good, but it felt a little rushed.
