The menu was interesting and quite varied. Food was nicely presented and portions sensible. My pasta was good but my wife felt her meal was a little too salty. Deserts were excellent. Wine prices by the glass were very reasonable. The inclusion of a 12.5% service charge meant that the total bill was quite high. A relaxed but professional restaurant. Overall a good experience that I would like to repeat
A very old friend's birthday. She has a home in France but can be convinced that Italian wine & food is its equal! Lovely touch of single lighted candle atop some biscotti being brought to the table at the end of our meal. Grazie mille a tutti voi.
It was a good meal. All the food was tasty (a little over salted). Service Excellent. Friendly atmosphere.
A real find. Beautifully prepared simple Italian food, just as you might find it in Rome. Served with enthusiasm but also with respect to the principles of 'slow food', as well as excellent value by London standards.
We’ve been here before for a girls’ night out and loved it. Although food and service were good we were shocked at the price per person when the bill arrived. We did have some prosecco but I was surprised at the price per bottle. Shame as service was very good and food was like lovely.
Fabulous as always. Can be quite loud but makes for an enjoyable atmosphere
lovely food great service
This is the second time of visiting Bricole. My friend and I enjoyed it so much the first time, we decided our next catch-up should also be there. I think it may become our 'regular' spot! The food is interesting, imaginative and very tasty. The ambiance is relaxing and welcoming. The staff... they're super. The waitress actually remembered us (though whether that says more about us than her...?!). It's a super place to go. Highly recommend.
The staff were absolutely lovely, very pleased with the attention and service.
Slightly miffed how small the portions were for the price we paid but food was good.
Delicious food, friendly staff, lovely selection of Italian wines (including dessert wines), and all served in comfortable and attractive surroundings. The whole experience was like visiting a family of friends who did everything possible to make our meal memorable and enjoyable. Highlights included the fennel gratinee and tiramisu, really authentic and sumptuous.
I love this place..it's so friendly and warm, not too pricey..a real find
Nothing special. An average place with average food. I don't think I will come back.
I think this may be my favourite restaurant in London. This was my seventh or eighth visit, which in an area with so many restaurants, speaks for itself. A hugely enthusiastic waiter recommended a sardinian red wine, which was astonishingly good. The food more than matched it; wonderful tasty. I really can't recommend this place highly enough.
The food was a disaster. Fish not fresh, pasta sauce terrible... a very bad evening
Lovely confident restaurant, unpretentious and delicious
Great service and authentic food. Staff were pleasant and overall great experience!
Interesting Italian dishes. Lots of tapas style. Good, uncomplicated fresh and tasty food.
Delicious food and great service keep me coming back. The wild boar ragu is life-changing.
Had a lovely meal. Service was fantastic although managed to spend more than planned as we are easily swayed by suggestions of extra things to eat!
The staff is Italian and help create the right ambiance.
Unfortunately I found the decor rather letting it down, appearing a bit tacky.
The quality of the food is excellent and so is the service.
I recommend this tasty restaurant indeed.
Love this place, superb service, great atmos and reassuringly delicious food.
Loved everything about this place. Great ambience, very attentive staff and fantastic food.
Briciole was recommended by our neighbour and we loved it. The location was great for Marylebone station and the staff were friendly and knowledgeable. We're already recommending it to our friends and are looking forward to returning.
This was by far the Best Italian meal we have ever eaten in England
Another excellent and tasty dinner
Very friendly and knowledgeable staff
We will be back
Good variety of italian food and Great service. Will visit again.
excellent food, great service, lovely atmosphere. Great place for a long lunch....thanks
As authentically Italian as always. Gamberi were particularly good!
I had only been for lunch before, which had been excellent each time. This was the first time for dinner, meeting friends, and it didn't disappoint. The atmosphere is very relaxed and lively, clearly a place for all ages to feel comfortable to come. The service is very friendly and good and the food is simply sublime. I had the Tagliolini with Octopus Ragu which was delicious, and everyone was equally excited about their choices. Very very fresh, interesting, contemporary Italian food.
Briciole is an outstanding neighbourhood restaurant offering a well-priced, accurately-cooked Italian menu which goes well beyond trattoria clichés. Seasonal specials every day, a long list of cheeses and cured meats plus house favourites including vitello tonnato, polpette and beef cheeks, served with charm by a happy crew.
A family get together - the restaurant was very authentic; rustic theme with tasteful decor and surroundings. The service was superb and everyone enjoyed the food. My only disappointment was the Tiramisu - it was just a bowl of cream with chocolate powder sprinkled on top 🙁 A huge bonus was ample parking available outside!
Super! Delicious food and wonderful family meal!
I went with a few friends to celebrate New Years Eve. The waitress recommended anti pasti starters which was £10 per person. I really liked it!
Then 3 of us ordered the lasagna as a main course. Extremely dry, we didn't like it.
The service was very good!
The food, ambience and surroundings at Briciole remind me of being in a cosy trattoria somewhere in rural Italy. Love the vibe here. The food is unpretentious and real... heartwarming and delicious.
Strongly recommend it for a cosy evening out, when you're not looking to be seen, but are definitely looking for great food, and for being well attended to.
The wild boad ragu is superb. We were a bit rushed between courses but generally a good experience
Relaxing, friendly and efficient service. Fresh tasting food in a wonderful atmosphere.
Booked for a party of 10. The restaurant was very flexible in accommodating our party's food requirements. Great value and the food was lovely and generous. Staff were very friendly and attentive. Will definitely go back.
This was an early family Christmas lunch, and even though the restaurant was very busy the service couldn’t have been better. Everyone loved the food and one of our servers recommended a bin end wine, which was deep and rich and worked with every dish on the table. I think Briciole will definitely become a family favourite.
Very welcoming staff , in a warm environment. Food was good an approved by an Italian friend of mine 😉.
Would go back and recommend it
A great find! A lively friendly Italian - great food, freshly made to order. Staff were very friendly and helpful even when the place was heaving. Definitely going back for a long lunch!
