I wish they had more tables outside during the remainder of the outdoor dining season as well as more outdoor seating next to their outdoor bar. The food as always was delicious.
Great food, great service. Well done outside social distance dining.
Well worth the drive. Inside is beautiful, when we can be “normal “ again.
The food was amazing and the outdoor dining experience was great as well. My wife and I went here for our anniversary and our waitress was phenomenal. Cannot wait to go back!
Very special food preparations by very good chefs.
The tastes are great. Wish there was more than just
a taste on some of the appetizer plates, though.
During the pandemic, Brick Farm Tavern provides and exceptional escape and wonderful meal. Thank you!
We had a great lunch outside with friends! The food as great, the beer was delicious and the service was fantastic.
Food was outstanding, the Troon beer lived up to its reputation and service was great. Outdoor area was set up well
The food was amazing!! We went with some friends two weeks in a row. Enjoyed some great times and meals. Next time we plan to spend more time to enjoy the distillery and head over to the market.
Went with a few friends to taste one of troon brewing new releases. Food was good service was amazing didn’t catch the servers name but he was very friendly and made for a laid back fun dinner
Love the food and setting at this beautiful restaurant.
Always local fresh and really great food and great service.
Thank you for the care you provide at all times and especially during COVID.
Fabulous food, friendly service. Will definitely go back.
My dining experience was phenomenal at Brick Farm Tavern. Not only would I recommend my friends there, I would also recommend people go there as a server in the establishment I work. Keep up the good work.
The "Killa Bees on the Swarm" cocktail with Barr Hill Gin was incredible.
Was our 4th time eating outside in the tent. Food and drinks were wonderful. So delicious and creative. Our servers were very attentive and very careful. We appreciate so much that they are there and work so hard for a delicious fresh and safe evening.
Generally, the food is very good. Cocktails are especially nice.
So cold that evening. Would have thought they would have proactively put some patio type heaters around.
A wonderful dining experience. The food...YUM.
So much integrity to the food and experience. Service was stellar.
Great restaurant and fantastic food. Booked for my husband’s 45th birthday and called and confirmed a cake and happy birthday moment but they didn’t do it. It was unfortunate as the restaurant as a whole is wonderful but this miss was very dissatisfying.
Awesome restaurant - awesome food - great staff - always a fun time
In addition to poor hostess skills, A kitchen that touts itself on their “farms and skills, & animals etc” but is unable to actually cook a steak medium rare.. or a burger medium rare for that matter.. I mean- It’s the most popular temperature that steaks are ordered to be cooked. The steak Came out rare rare rare, bloody. To the point where It had to be sent back into the kitchen to be bumped up a notch which completely ruins the steak. I was expecting The kitchen to send out a new steak cooked properly/correctly. But they didn’t. They had no problem double cooking a steak to bring it up to temperature thusly ruining it. Making it tough to chew and tasteless having cooked OUT any flavor left in it and killing any chance of presentation as well. A burger that was ordered medium rare came out medium well also flavorless/bland, dry, & very little juice left in the burger what so ever. This place may be a good restaurant in the area because there are no standards to be held accountable to, but it’s a poor excuse for a restaurant anywhere really. AND very over priced. Also- the kitchen made the waiter make honey mustard. Why? the kitchen that gasses themselves up over their ingredients, and their farms, and all these wonderful ingredients and everything that makes this place so special is hogwash- they couldn’t even make honey mustard for the wedge fries that came out ice cold. This place is a joke.
Awesome every time we visit.
Many thanks to the terrific team at Brick Farm Tavern.

Amazing. Always love going to Brick Farm. Our favorite waiter Chris was wonderful as usual. Such a gorgeous setting outside!
Such a great place, the food, the service, the ambience. Such an amazing place and we will be back. Loved the pork chop, squash soup, tomato burrata salad and empanadas are excellent and the brown butter almond cake is to die for.
The food was excellent. Best lunch we have had in a long time. great outdoor seating with a wonderful view. also a terrific draft beer list. Can't wait to go back!
We ate outdoors at our own table not in the tent, it was great, the staff was warm and welcoming. I ate too much and I don't care. Mole enchileladas were terrific. My wife loved the swordfish. Great 54th anniversary dinner. Except for the $#&&/ Covid. We will go back soon.
Really off night for BFT. 🙁 Allowed kids to run around yelling (unmasked) the entire night, most patrons voiced annoyance and concern to the staff but nothing was done to stop it. My food (ravioli) was cold. Sorry — half cold as if it were partially microwaved. Drinks good, apps good. Portions smaller than usual. Hope this was a rare event. We usually have a great experience.
Under the circumstances (no indoor dining!), they provided an excellent meal. Large lawn tent with well-spaced tables... One cocktail and a good wine list... Very nice and generous salad starter that they divided for us... My companion had a delicious steak and I had two appetizers very creatively prepared... We split a yummy creme brulee to share...
Great food and scenery! The Frose was worth the trip! The food was excellent
It's getting colder outside and the sun is setting sooner but that just means I can enjoy the sun setting over the Sourland Mountains and a bowl of hot soup.
When I made my reservation it said there was no outside dining available. When we got there we were put outside which was not a problem except that the table was a picnic table. After a regular table with chairs vacated we asked to be switch which they did accommodate. I went thinking we were to be seated inside and then to be seated at a picnic table was a big letdown. The food was good but was served lukewarm. Would no rush back.
I really wanted to like this place - farm to table, what's not to like? The staff was great, but the food was very uneven. The apps, especially the scallops were all very good. The steak, however, was full of gristle and unpleasant. The desserts were likewise uneven. The almond cake was delicious, but the creme brulee topping which should be a hard shell was soggy and cold. We will try again when indoor dining is allowed - there were several food/liquid spills on the patio that attracted flies which also were enjoying the food at our table as well.
The food was amazing. There was a massive outdoor tent. We just went on 12-Sept and had an 8.45pm reservation. It got really cold. There are no heating lamps so if you're going (and it's worth it) dress appropriately.
Nice given the C19 situation. Food was okay. Burger was juicy. We ate outside. Lots of flies due to it being near the farm.
Great food and wonderful service. Great attention to social distancing and felt safe eating here during the pandemic.
Best restaurant I’ve been to in a LONG time. The food was outstanding, the environment was stunning and if you go, as for Dan. He was the most amazing waiter!!
Brick Farm Tavern never disappoints!!!
While the food was outstanding as well as the service, the amount of insects that wanted to join us for lunch ruined the experience. I understand it’s difficult to control outside. I’ll be happy to go Bach when we can enjoy indoor dining again.
Only outdoor seating at this time. There is a tent with many picnic tables underneath, as well as tables in a patio and on the grass. The property is huge and has a nice pond as well.
Service was very attentive! We went for lunch and had three small plates and three mains . The standout small plate was small eggplants with a lamb bolognese. It was delicious! The others were pierogies and potato pancakes. For mains my husband and I had the burger with a bacon jam. Very good burger! My daughter had the swordfish tacos. They seemed a little small on the fish portion but she said she liked it. All in all a very nice lunch!!
It was my birthday and the waiter didn’t seem like she cared, my boyfriends steak was raw not even medium rare it was too the point where it was almost purple. The alcoholic beverages weren’t that great either.
Food was delicious...
Service a little slow at first but victor made up for it during meal!
