This big open space with its easy, informal mood has an open kitchen where Bryn’s team of chefs turn simple, local, seasonal ingredients into extraordinary bistro-style food. Menus are served all day by interesting people who really understand food, and there are no rules, so you can do what you like: tuck into breakfast, graze over small plates at the bar, share a Sunday feast with family, watch the sun go down with friends. Good times with good people, and no distance between you and the beach.

Since I have difficulty in walking, I found having the entrance near the disabled parking spaces locked.

Arrived for breakfast and we were warmly greeted by a member of staff.
Our order was promptly taken, and our drinks arrived quickly. Service was spot on and the eggs benedict were perfect. Looking forward to our next visit

A bit disappointed in the roast dinner. I wanted a roast but not turkey and was given no alternative so just had the veg and usual trimmings. Could a vegetarian roast alternative not be on the menu other than offering risotto? Then the roast itself was bland and tasteless, roast potatoes tough and sprouts tasted of nothing, which I thought was impossible. However, the starters and puddings were excellent and my wife's risotto got top marks.

Excellent starter of squid, unfortunately I ordered a rare steak and got a well done steak. Therefore my partner ate alone while I waited for another to be cooked. When it arrived it was rare but also fatty and the sauce extremely salty.
While the waitress was apologetic I thought perhaps someone in charge of the front of house would have come over to speak to me. I was treating my partner to an afternoon out and eating separately wasn’t supposed to be part of it. As you might tell from the review I was very disappointed.
It is a nice restaurant with pleasant and efficient staff but so are many other restaurants in the area so unfortunately we won’t be returning.

Very disappointed with the food. I had turkey dinner and it was small and tasteless.
The roast potatoes were soggy and the turkey was chewy.

I’ve only given 4 stars for 2 as it was so cold there people were wearing scarves and coats to eat. One lady was given a fleece blanket to put around her legs. Surely they could have got some temporary fan heaters in!! Food was outstanding as usual

The restaurant was cold, staff were lovely however food not up to usual standard that we have previously experienced. One meal was sent back and the lady did not want a replacement. Very limited menu.
Would normally recommend but not this time.

I have eaten here about 6 or 7 times in the last few years and each and every time it gets a 5 star rating from me, every dish I have tried has been an absolute delight, and the prices are very, very reasonable for this quality of food and service. I was very impressed with the covid security, better than most other places I have visited recently, tables a good distance apart, (probably a lot more than the 2m) and as the place is so large and airy it does seem safer than most. You will not be disappointed.

My husband and I were looking forward to breakfast at Porth Eirias, unfortunately we were disappointed by the food. My husband had the Porth Eirias full breakfast, his fried egg was overcooked and burnt underneath and the plate of food was very dry overall. I had the bacon brioche bap which comprised a toasted bap, burnt at the edges and 3 rashers of bacon, again very dry and uninspiring.
At the end of our meal the staff asked us if we had enjoyed our breakfast, we commented that we were disappointed. The staff asked for further feedback which we gave and this was dealt with in a polite and constructive way. We were given a discount on our bill, which we hadn't asked for but appreciated.

Attended the restaurant for a midweek treat and we were not disappointed. The decor is quite low key with a beautiful view of the sea. The service was excellent and the staff very attentive to guests.
I ordered squid to start and smoked haddock for my main. I can honestly say this was one of the best meals I have eaten.
When you constantly talk about the food on your way home you know it was good.

We live in North east Wales and it takes us 50 minutes travelling times to visit this restaurant. The restaurant has a beautiful aspect and for those of us that miss the sea it’s the perfect location. The food is consistently of a high standard a d the service is excellent . We visited yesterday for breakfast and we were not disappointed. We only wish this restaurant was nearer to us .

We went for our Thirtieth Wedding Anniversary all be it a month late due to the last Firewall in place but it was well worth the wait. As it is local to us we walked there. Great atmosphere and views. Friendly staff. Great variety of Cocktails to choose from, and the lager which is brewed locally is made from water from Snowdonia! My coffee at the end had a very strong taste, too strong for me but I would recommend anyone to give Bryn Williams' a try. 😊 😋

First visit for a while and first during COVID. it seemed almost ‘normal’ which is down to good organisation, extra staff on doors and clear signage. Another very enjoyable meal, and a bonus of that ‘normal’ feel. Well done to all the staff.

We had a really nice evening,
service very good, lovely group of staff.
food tasty,
a little expensive for the size of the steak, I appreciate it is a fine dining experience hence the smaller portions. Unfortunately the prawns were not shown as shell on, on the menu. It would’ve been helpful if they had been described as such as my husbands pet hate is having to remove the shells himself. They were however very tasty.
Thank you for a nice dining experience
