I love Buddakhan. The outside pavilion has no heat! On a night that averaged 19 with wind chill I would have expected the management to let you know. Instead they put a small space heater and said good luck. It was freezing.

Birthday dinner was great but it was VERY cold. But great service per usual.

Was a little hesitant due to Covid. But they have the outdoor dining down pat. Individual pods that were open and heated. Food stayed warm while eating even though it was 35 degrees outside. Service was attentive and all staff followed Covid protocols. Well done! Thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

Love Buddakan! We dined indoors right after the restrictions were lifted and restaurants could resume indoor dining. Place was very clean, the tables were spaced out, etc. The food and drinks are always amazing and our service was great. We joked about going back the next day to get more edamame dumplings. These are a must try if you go!!

The servicer could have been better. We felt rushed. We had to be waited to get seated. Policy specifically shows the grace period to hold a table is 15 minutes but that should be in both sides. We were early and waited patiently. Felt great to be back inside.

What an amazing time we had celebrating our anniversary! The food was sensational and the service extraordinary! Our waiter Dave went above and beyond! He was extremely knowledgeable, professional, courteous and spot-on regarding the food recommendations! We heeded his suggestions and had one of the best meals we’ve ever had! We enjoyed the service and the food. They have an great setup for outdoor dining so you stay nice and warm. Our server Isaiah made the dinner especially nice. He was one of the best waiters we had ever. You made the experience fun. Will definitely go back again soon.

Suzanne was amazing! I enjoyed my birthday despite the new normal of the world. She managed to get a hint from my significant other that I was my birthday and I really enjoyed the surprise that came out with dessert. I can say that she pays attention to details, and her service was impeccable.

We sat outside in one of the pods that are supposed to be heated. Ours wasn’t. It was freezing. Friends of ours were sitting in another pod and when they were leaving they told us their waitress brought them a space heater. Our waiter never offered us a heater. Our waiter also messed up our bill. I understand that the times we are living in are very tough but I thought Buddakan would have had it together better.

It was great to be able to eat at a restaurant albeit outside. Little cold and it appeared that the menu was shortened due to covid restrictions

Great experience considering limited operating options. Love the chalets!

The outdoor set up was very disappointing. The Chalet’s lacked heat. The additional space heaters barely worked and with very few patrons we could not understand why we could not get additional space heaters. The chalets at Parc were so warm and comfortable, I expected a similar experience here. It was very disappointing.

Our server was amazing and the food always excellent

Besides being rather cold, everything was fantastic. Service was quick, hosts were great at managing take out orders and seating. Very accommodating with portable heaters as it was cold and windy.

We had Christmas Day dinner during pandemic. Since indoor dining was not allowed, we ate in the structure that was divided into 'rooms' by plastic partitions and the entire structure was open on one side. There was small heater in each 'room.' Although not ideal and was it freezing by the end of the meal, we felt safe and were able enjoy a good Christmas meal. The staff was very attentive and friendly, trying to make the best of the situation. The food was good and what you expect at Buddakan since the menu has not changed in 20 years.

Christmas dinner with Amazing Friends!!!

The food was excellent! However just a suggestion because we were outdoors the food got cold quickly so I would suggest covers for the serving bowls etc. Edward is a fantastic waiter, attentive and friendly.
