Had a delightful experience celebrating a birthday. Our serve Juan was wonderful. He took great care of us and the whole staff - making it a wonderful evening. Looking forward to the next time!
Brilliant. One of our favorite meals in Santa Monica.
Beautiful and classy place with excellent service and good food. The location from outside is very unassuming but once you enter you find yourself in a different world.
Service was incredible.
Hadn't been to the Buffalo Club in years. No special reason. Just hadn't. Our re-introduction was excellent. Outdoor patio still one of the nicest rooms to eat in on the Westside. Started with Burrata and Tomatoes (good test dish to see if cheese too small, tomatoes unripe, etc.); it was perfect (with just enough balsamic but not too much). Boeuf Bourguinon was excellent, too. Nice to meet an old friend and not experience a tragedy.
great experience and ambiance. food was pretty good, not worth the price but the price points are over all a little high. fabulous vibes and great set up!
Love Buffalo Club, hadn’t been there in years
Food was excellent. Patrick knew our guest and was a very generous host throwing taste treats comped. Patio is gorgeous. Looking forward to removal of tent so we can sit under the stars later in the summer
Every meal has been outstanding - great chef. Outdoor spaces are best in town.
Cool place, lively atmosphere, great food, drinks, and music. Will be back for sure
Absolutely do not recommend - Worst restaurant service I've ever received.
Unfortunately kitchen took very long time to serve dinner but they were gracious and comp’d drinks and a dessert. We would go back again.
Great place - service was exceptional right from the valet to the host & waiter. Food was good. Salmon was very good - the steak was decent. Just a cool overall experience - mix of people from those in shorts to a suit - but I'd say just smart casual is likely best bet. Service was quick - it wasn't crowded at 7:00 pm but picked up considerably within an hour. Waiter was really on top of everything. There were some items unavailable from the menu but still a good mix of everything.
How have I lived here this long and never been before? This was the most lovely, romantic, and delicious evening I could have asked for. The patio is gorgeous, the staff knowledgeable, accommodating, and well paced. Yes it's pricey because it's high-end and to be expected and WORTH every penny. There's a reason Buffalo Club is still in business and I can't wait o return. PS, I worked on the most well-known food show, so I'm a tough customer! Go, you'll have a wonderful time. And the music playlist is fun too.
Owner was rude
We met with friends at The Buffalo Club last Sunday. Had an absolutely fabulous meal on the back terrace ( out door area). Our friends had never been there and were blown away by the excellence of the meal. I cannot recommend this restaurant more highly! Pd.
Great food, good service and nice ambiance. Complementary Birthday cake was a really nice touch!
Great dinner. A place to remember in this day of outdoor dining.
What an awesome experience; ambience, drinks, food and company! A breathe of fresh air from C19 and just a delightful experience.
The Buffalo Club continues to have one of the best kitchens in Los Angeles. The surroundings are "Old L.A." in a fanciful, immersive, and completely enchanting way. The service is top notch to boot. I would eat here every day if I lived closer.
Of all the times I've been to Buffalo Club, this was the least inspiring. The outdoor setting, the service, and the easy-to-carry-on-a-conversation ambience were as fine as usual. Yet the main course was unusually bland and, given the ingredients, I expected it to be particularly tasty. Everything else was delicious, but the entree let me down.
Now, the restaurant made amends (and I took home the "remains" to add seasoning at home, which helped), and I'm sure to go back. But, because we were celebrating my late mother-in-law's 100th birthday, I was hoping for something more palate pleasing and as memorable as she (and previous meals at Buffalo Club) had been.
Perfect comfort food on a stormy night!
As always, we were warmly welcomed on arrival. We sat in the courtyard on a beautiful evening. Everyone, from the host to the waiter to the chef, Patrick Healy, was kind and fun. Delicious dinner. Will be back on my next visit to Los Angeles. Frankly, I can’t wait.
It's sad to see what Gov. Newsome has done to the restaurant business in CA. The B Club just felt like a derelict version of its former self.
Everyone there worked hard, were really nice and accommodating.
Staff was very confrontational and unfriendly. Definitely not the same fun vibe as pre-corona times. Wouldn't recommend going.
House cocktails were great..tuna tartare was a bit bland, soft shell crab app was amazing. Loved my red snapper main course. Great patio espcially during COVID restrictions.
My girlfriend and I celebrated with an outdoor Valentine's Day dinner. The safety precautions were well thought-out, and the service was great. Barbie was our waitress, and she was very knowledgeable about the items on the menu. Overall, it was a great time.
My Fiancée and I came here for Valentine’s Day I booked our reservation about 2 weeks before not really knowing what the expect. We ordered off their Valentine’s Day menus and I’m gluten free and they went out of their way to accommodate my allergy. The food was exceptional. We enjoyed our dinner every course. The wait staff didn’t hover but was there when you wanted them. We don’t eat at these restaurants all that often but it was exceptional service and food. I highly recommend!
Very poor service. Tried to kick us out as she said reservations were coming in yet there was no one waiting and so many open tables around us. Food was overpriced and mediocre. The place was cute but very dull/boring vibe. Wouldn’t go back
We have been coming to the BC since it opened and we are SO happy it is still here !!!
warm and cozy, beautiful outdoor garden. Perfect setting for a enjoying a wonderful meal.
Lovely outdoor courtyard space. Good service and wonderful food, as always.
We enjoyed our experience and would go back again.
Food was mediocre for the price. But the covered patio was warm and allows to eat outside even in colder weather
The Buffalo Club appears to be Back in the good form that it once enjoyed. We had a very good meal with very good service on their lovely outdoor patio. The duck pate was a little to rich for our tastes, but everything else was great. We'll be back.
This place is beautiful. It’s
Top Notch Service. Food was Amazing. We came back a second time the next night!
Though the outdoor area is festive and lively, we were put in a sad back area. The food was took a long time to get to our table and it was all pretty bland and underwhelming. We wanted to like it...
This was our hangout for years after it opened! Still an awesome spot for an excellent dinner and cocktails with friends. Patrick Healy...chef extraordinaire!
A lovely setting, kind service and great food! What more could you ask for!
