Cabana - Wembley
FiEstate visit. Would definitely recommend. Great for groups!
That's not brasilian place. Food takes ages to arrive.
I could eat from there everyday. Also their drinks (non alcoholic) were very nice.
And top of all, they serve halaal chicken yum yum
It was exceptionally busy due to the event at the stadium that we were attending. So we purposely booked in advance. Despite this it still took 15 mins to be seated then 1.5 hours to get any food. Staff were rushed and the cooks could not cope.
Quality of the chicken was very poor, fatty with skin. For the price of the kebabs it was not worth it.
They can only make the limited cocktails on the menu too!
Shame, as I was looking forward to eating here and it was my daughters birthday, we did not even have time for pudding!
Nice food, really good value for money. Lovely drinks menu
We booked the restaurant for a birthday treat and requested for coeliac friendly meals. Called the restaurant to confirm our booking and was told by the waiter as it is a birthday, they would be able to provide a gluten-free treat for the birthday girl on the house. When we arrived and came to desserts, the restaurant said that they could not provide a gluten-free cake which in turn spoiled our surprise. Had we known, we would have brought out own gluten-free cake! In addition, the menu selection for gluten-free was very small, which was surprising as the restaurant state that they clearly provide for GF friendly food. Overall - disappointing and would not go again!
loved the feijaodo (spelling?) nice relaxed atmosphere and perfect for a lunch or dinner prior to going to the outlet shopping mall, wembley stadium or wembley arena
It's difficult for me to write a review about the food at this venue as we never actually received it!! After over an hour of waiting we gave up and left. We had tickets to see Billy Connolly in the arena which started at 8pm. We got to the restaurant at 6.30pm and left at 7.45pm still hungry and massively disappointed. That evening was a special occasion ruined. Not a happy customer at all!
We only had burgers, but they were very good. We were satisfied with the meal and service.
Pretty dreadful. Slow service, adequate food but over priced for what u get. After waiting 35 mins for mains, have up on dessert after a further 25 min wait.
Bad experience for bday lunch with bad service and food not cooked properly
Very overpriced for small portions of overcooked food. £14 for a skewer of dry charred chicken and peppers. we did get a replacement when we asked for one but none of the food was great apart from the cheesy dough balls! Burger was also overcooked and far too small for it's bun. Wings were still jointed and the sauce was dumped on top. Won't be returning.
Excellent. Great food, great atmosphere. Really enjoyed eating there. Highly recommended.
Dined here with my friend. We did not have a very good experience. The chef was very heavy handed with the salt. Both our starters and mains were covered in salt. When we did eventually say something. We were offered something else. My friend opted for another starter, that too was covered in salt.... We will not be returning!!
Food was good and good cocktails.
Had a problem with one of the mains which they took of the bill
Service is good
Unfortunately the food is inconsistent, had one great meal and several mediocre ones. This time, one of the steaks was overcooked on one side and raw on the other. Staff were polite as we sent it back but didn't get a new steak until everyone had finished their meals and was ready to leave...
Had a nice meal with family. Provided high chair staff Attentive and portion sizes were good. The good was nice. We shared starters and each had a main which I couldn't finish.
Good kids menu and lovely cocktails. We got two for price of one offer. All In all a lovely meal and would go again.
Went before an event at Wembey. Always book as gets very busy. Great 2 for 1 cocktails, food really tasty, good size portions, fantastic atmosphere, really enjoyable!
Similar but not as good as a Rodizio, ok for a quick stop off before a show but nothing special
As soon as the place got busy, you were forgotten about. The staff kept on apologising for the delays. Not good enough by any standard. If you know it constantly busy form 5pm onwards put more table staff on.
I really like Cabana, there is an open kitchen so you can see how the food is cooked and it's really yummy lots of flavour. The atmosphere is lively but not to loud that you can't hear yourself. The staff are friendly and we're happy to hold my table due to being caught in traffic, will definitely......
Having been here before, our recent visit was a disappointment. After being seated, we waited 15 minutes & no-one bothered to come & take our drinks order down, I had to go tell a waitress we were waiting. I remember the food being better before. Having eaten we'd asked for the bill...the couple next to us asked for a bill (from the same waitress) after us and paid and left before us! They did give us a reduction off our bill, (thank you) but from a customer experience perspective, it would have been nice for someone to explain why & acknowledge the fact they were rubbish. We wont be going back here!
This really was the perfect venue for lunch with children (6 and 7) prior to Wembley Stadium tour. Relaxed, friendly, atmosphere with children's pack provided for entertainment at the table. Food is a little bit different to your regular high street chains.
I brought my mum here for her birthday and she really enjoyed it!
The staff are absoulutely amazing!
The staff were sometimes hard to catch but very helpful when we had their attention. No waiting for the table was necessary and the reservation was ecactly as booked.
Drinks being offered were an interesting mix and the frozen yogurt desserts were of a decent value.
My only negative was that the vegetarian options were not as amazing as the meat offers. Would have loved a few more varieties for thoose who can not have meat.
The feedback I had from the guests attending the dinner was not good both on food and wine.
I was not at the dinner myself, but these guys are not fussy people so was disappointing to hear that they did not have an enjoyable dinner.
We will not book there again unfortunately now.
I have been to this restaurant a few times in the past and on this occasion although the food was good the service was very slow. I had booked a table for my sisters birthday which wasnt ready when we arrived. It took a long while to get our order taken and again to wait to pay the bill although the restaurant was not full. On the plus side we enjoyed our meal and the cocktails were amongst the best I have had.
Had a great time with ywo young children aged 7&4
Only bad bit was we didn't get what weoordered but it was still fine.
1st vist to this resturant. The ambience was great with lovely music. Service was abit slow at the beginning and there was one staff who had a miserable face. Food was prompt and hot. However A//C is over every table therefore you have to eat very quickly or your food gets cold before your 2nd mouthful. One dish was not liked as this was quickly change (at no cost to us). Would recommend to firend and family to sample a tate of Brazil
Booked table.for friends reunion Late Friday night online for Saturday evening got a phone call from restaurant Saturday morning to confirm. table was ready on arrival. Good ambience, good food and happy staff had a lovely time.
Four of my friends had never been to cabana before so we chose the Wembley restaurant for a birthday dinner which we were all looking forward to. The service was really slow, and when we finally made our orders the two 'hot pot' meals came out cold, all our chips were cold and the two chicken skewers came with the smallest amount of chicken which was not worth the money. We complained and sent the hot pots and chips back but then we all ended up eating at different times which was annoying. The waitress was apologetic but did not offer to take anything off the bill, which also took a lifetime to come. The birthday meal which we were all looking forward to was a disaster. We will all not forget our meal at cabana for all the wrong reasons, and will most definitely not be returning again.
How do they serve that well on semi final day.... Place was buzzing but well organised and food out in a timely manner
This place had been recommended for its food. Unfortunately this is not something I would pass on. While the never ending nachos were good (if a bit greasy), the ribeye steak was the poorest I've ever been served in a restaurant. Cooked to the consistency of shoe leather, it was bone dry and barely edible. Had it been rolled and sewn, I'm sure it would have lasted at least 50 overseas... The side portions (fries / salad) were small and lacklustre. The sauce? Spicy, but from an over used, shared bottle, suffering from a dribbly neck. Even Nandos would be an improvement! If this really is meant to be an insight in to Brazilian cuisine, then I'm in no hurry to repeat it. Even I barbeque steak better than they do. As for the rest? Well the very friendly staff seemed a bit overwhelmed by the volume of business, so service was very slow. Replenishing beers took an age! However, we were never hassled or rushed to finish, which was good, but don't bother going there for the food. Well below average for the price.
Not great. The food is average and it's quite pricey for what it is. That said it's miles better than sitting on a round about waiting for kick off. And Wembley isn't exactly famed for its culinary delights, so it does a job
Came here with my husband for dinner. Ordered food and waited nearly an hour for our mains. No one asked if we wanted more drinks. When the mains did come the portions were smaller than expected. ordered the chicken skewers and only got 3 small pieces. However, the manager without asking told us desserts were free as we had been waiting a while. Dont think I'll go back again
we attended the restaurant as a family for mothers day , although we were late, we was given a great service . The staff were so friendly there was 9 people even with everyone changing their mind asking question , everything was done with a smile on their face ;-) Thank you to the staff that looked after us on mothers day!!1 you were AMAZING
some of the food was undercooked_ 2 out of 4 main meals the response was underwhelming! the staff were friendly
It was awesome - peanut frozen yoghurt with caramel cream, zingy lime chicken.
We've been there twice and both times very happy and will go again.
Also it was easy to communicate with staff and very eye-friendly menu.
This was my first visit and wow loved it all, the food is lovely and there is a lot of variety. The service was good and quick.
For a quiet restaurant on a Wednesday night the service was slow and poor. Things had to be asked for twice and we were sitting around for ages before someone came and took our order for food. The food is expensive considering the main portion sizes are average and this is meant to be your regular local restaurant and sides have to be ordered separately.
The starters are tasty, but are too small to share.
