It was so nice to go here for my birthday yesterday, the atmosphere is gorgeous and the staff were so lovely :)
Full to the brim with energy, chat and all kinds of people with a common purpose to enjoy the night and their friends. Food is the decent brasserie kind, we rarely eat burgers but that's what we had and thoroughly enjoyed them. The staff were welcoming and as attentive as they needed to be and great at catching the orders despite the noise. We loved it, next time we will test the brunch.
Great location in Soho/Central London. Friendly and efficient service (we were pushed for time because of traffic holdups), excellent food.
Main negative was the exceedingly low level of lighting where our table was (saving on electricity, perhaps?). We had to use the lights on our phones to read the menus! And we weren't the only table to do this.
Got a bit loud as the evening progressed, but perhaps to be expected...
Still would return. To be recommended.
Cafe boheme is a stalwart of soho, and I used to go a lot a few years ago. Food is still classic french and well done. Sadly the service is pretty slow, and unhelpful.
Quick visit pre theatre, great service and good, always worth a visit
The food isn't good, all very meh. The atmosphere is beautiful but go for a drink, not dinner. Service was pretty bad and the manager had to step in to answer questions, reconfirm drinks orders, get our bill and reorder something that had been forgotten.
Buzzing atmosphere, friendly staff, exceptional food and coffee!
The food was very good, although I would have liked slightly bigger portions - especially for the starter. My wife found it a little too noisy, but I thought it was reasonable for 10pm on a Saturday evening in the middle of London.
The staff were very good.
Nice and cosy tables, very busy, good food. Recommend booking well in advance.
Cold french toast and even colder fruit. It wasn't busy either, I was the only guest. Maybe it's meant to be served that way but I've always had it hot. Wish I'd gone in the evening when it's much busier as I imagine the atmosphere is great. Lovely friendly staff.
Such a lovely experience for my partner’s 30th birthday. Beautifully low lit tables, delicious drinks and nice background music that perfectly complemented the atmosphere.
We love this place. Charming authentic interior, great ambience often with live jazz. Lovely service, really good standard of food. Great cocktails. Lovely location!
One of my favourite places to eat in Soho but I was sadly disappointed this time. The service was almost non existent and the food arrived cold and was taken back and reheated which resulted in poor quality food.
Wonderful food & service. The crème brûlée was divine! Cosy & romantic environment. Definitely a new favourite!
Good food at reasonable prices, excellent Nicoise, great ambience, superior service, a good house wine at a reasonable price - exactly as a brasserie should be!
We went there for the New Year’s Eve and it was great
Fantastic servers and free tequila shots because it was my birthday! Great food too! ☺️
Tables were dirty and sticky. Service was slow even though it wasn't at full capacity. Only maanged to have 2 drinks while there for 1 hour 30 mins
Fabulous place, had a great Xmas eve lunch
Love the beef so tender
I met a wonderful friend in London for a catch up and to enjoy a little festive cheer.
First visit to Cafe Boheme but certainly not my last.
What an amazing place and definitely has the Parisian atmosphere, which I miss.
The evening spent here was just like being in back in Paris again, great atmosphere as soon as you enter with live music and a great ambiance.
Greeted by friendly staff who were all smiling (makes a huge difference) and the food excellent.
I would thoroughly recommend the ‘Boheme Spritz’ cocktail which was the best I have ever tasted!
Bon a petit x
Great restaurant. Oysters and champagne Martini cocktails perfection. Lovely ambience.
One of the tastiest steaks I've had in a long time! Great venue and atmosphere. A bit slow on getting additional drinks and puddings but that's my only mild criticism. Overall a great experience
Food was decent but nothing exceptional to note. Service was great but the venue is incredibly dark and with seating found in various nooks and corners, the particular cove of four tables we were in was particularly loud due to who we were seated next to. No fault of the restaurant but something to note dependent on where you’re seated.
Best place in soho, food, staff, environment all great
This is my daughter’s favourite restaurant so it was a pre-Christmas late lunch. I love the limited menu which never changes. Wines are good. It was busy but service was attentive. My only gripe was the live music which was far too loud so conversation was shouting even though we were in the first room of the restaurant. It’s too intrusive and it was relief when it stopped fir a while. Otherwise another lovely experience.
Vanessa was very welcoming and the atmosphere was lovely. We had a wide range of cocktails and shared some desserts and all were delicious. We will be back for dinner and drinks in the near future.
Had a lovely time! Thanks for your care and attention!
We love Cafe Boheme - great for outdoor seating looking out and feeling the vibrant SoHo. Yet the escargots and the moules marinieres wasn’t tasty and they didnt provide any dishes for the empty moules nor the right fork for the escargots. Service was great and the ambience was lovely as always.
Staff rushed off their feet. Very rowdy table close to us who were annoying everyone else around them. Staff should have told them to whiten down and they didn’t. Very disappointing night out.
... superb food as always... best steak tartare in town...
Fantastic service, wonderful food, but most importantly - GREAT vibe
Fabulous food, friendly and efficient staff, great value for money!
Lovely breakfast and beautiful setting. Will definitely visit again
Lovely litle place with lovely staff. Busy (as you'd expect as in the heart of Soho / Theatre's close by). Food took quite a while to arrive but when it did it was nice. Will go again.
A very French experience, lovely setting & ambience.
Very poor table service, cold tea and forgot things which were ordered and had to be taken off the bill
Fabulous staff and food !
Great live music, lovely atmosphere, food and service both very good.
