Bavette Steak, Frites, Dijonnaise
Came with friends for my birthday, sat outside in the sun perfect weather and had a great time
Amazing food and service
Lovely lunch! Great service, great food, great coffee 👌
Great place to socialise and enjoy what London has to offer
Slow service. Mediocre food. Mussels gritty and tasteless. No return for me.
I love this place but this time the service was a bit slow, had to ask to order drinks and ask to order food. Will go back as I love the place but a bit of a shame it wasn’t to the normal standard!
Really nice evening celebrating a birthday, just a shame that they didn't have any candles to help us out!
Had a lovely meal last night, food was delicious, team super friendly and attentive.
I have been going to Cafe Boheme on and off since it first opened in the early nineties, and keep going back. The staff used to be a lot friendlier but one of them told me they where now trained to be more formal - so it can feel like your being served by androids at times. None the less the Maitre D was very helpful and we felt well attended to. I like this place because of its location, when you sit outside, like we did last Wednesday you can soak up some of the vibrant street culture which still oxygenates Old Compton St. The menu offers a well honed choice of authentic French Brasserie style classics so if that's what you've come for - you won't be disappointed. The prixfix and formule options offer exceptional value both in terms of the quality and price. Well worth a visit if you've not been before. Give it a try.
The team were welcoming, friendly and attentive - and, yes, in their masks and/or face shields. The croque monsieur was ridiculously good and the ciders chilled. And we managed to snaffle up one of the outside tables on the street itself (after 5pm) for a delightful evening.
We ended up paying more for the set menu! Our waiter didn’t bother telling us! with EOHO ordering dishes individually off a la carte is cheaper.
Such a nice atmosphere! I love the interior, the music and of course the food.
Definitely try the mussels - these were delicious! Also one of the best salmon I’ve tried in London- perfectly juicy and flaky with a crispy skin. The portions are huge, good for sharing.
I would definitely come back for brunch.
£90 for 2 people for Sunday brunch is just plain ridiculous, even in London.
Cafe Boheme has lovely ambience with great service and cocktails.
Really enjoyed my first visit here. Great food and great service and a real buzz in the West End that I have missed!
That was my second visit at Cafe Boheme , excellent customer service , polite and helpfull
I love this Soho institution. The offer is simple - French inspired familiar food, done very well, reasonable pricing, great cocktails and wine list, great Soho vibe and atmosphere, and great staff. My Soho "local".
Love this place, always a good time and so pleased it's open again. Food was delicious, service was great and it didn't feel crowded, so comfortable in Covid times.
I had a breakfast meeting. My guests where impressed. Good location. Great service and food.
Food was fantastic and the service was on point. We will definitely go back again!
Great breakfast, very chill and good service – very much enjoyed!
Really recommend this place great atmosphere food was served quickly
Reasonable priced too
Been coming here regularly since it opened, decades ago, and very happy to see Cafe Boheme re-open after the lockdown. It's more about the ambience and friendliness than the food, though the food is plenty good enough. Very quiet inside when we went, with most of the customers on the street tables outside right now. There was more space between the tables inside due to the spacing rules, but they somehow managed to keep the old feel.
Some places haven't really pulled off how to function socially since the big re-opening, but no such problems here. Had a good time as usual.
Did the discount £10.50 for a plats and glass of wine or beer. I think it was a very good deal. I had moules marinier and chips which were delicious. I would go back again. Our waitress was super efficient and really friendly. Great atmosphere in the restaurant too
Cafe Boheme is something quite special for me, I’ve been visiting for 2 years now and it was something I had only stumbled upon with a friend.
We dined on Wednesday eve to celebrate our 1 year anniversary and just had simply the best time ever!
My partner had the crudités and I had the Escargot! So tasty and perfect, followed by the Steak & Veggie Burger (which my partner said was the best)!
We had excellent service all evening, cannot wait to be back.
Thank you all!
I am really glad to find out this restaurant in London. Most french restaurants here do not feel like french. I love the onion soup and tartar. Some escargots were not seasoned properly but itself was good. It was quite crowded but anyway I am willing to go there again for the dinner.
Great buzzy cafe/restaurant in central Soho. Make sure you get a table on the street!
always a cool and vibrant place to visit in the weekends.
Overall, it was good.
Service let it down, as the waiter mixed up the main order, everything felt very rushed, even though the restaurant was not that empty.
It felt like we were bothering the waiter if we asked for anything
Otherwise, the food was good. In particular, the french toast is worth recommending
One of the worst service experiences I have had in London, which is not particularly known for high standards - so this was beyond appalling. Rude and inattentive staff.
Food was good and generous portions. It was typical bistro food nothing exceptional but staff were very helpful and friendly
Love the place. Very Parisian chic. Had a great time on a girls night out.
I love this place
I love the front section, by the bar, from wherevyou can enjoy the brasserie atmosphere and watch the comings and going’s in the street outside.
Rib eye steak was fantastic and juicy. Very nice jazz music too
Fabulous service as always
One of my old times favorite places. Not much has changed over the years, the menu is the same with French classics, nice wine list. The service was a bit chaotic and I think they need to take a bit more care on the hygiene and wiping the tables more often.
great - they forgot the broccoli and salad but it was fine we didn't want it in the end anyway!
the waitress and everyone else was lovely as always
food was excellent
love Cafe Boheme
Delicious food and amazing atmosphere. Very busy and has a nice buzz about it so would recommend reserving a table. The steak and frites were excellently cooked and they have very good decaf coffee which is rare.
We loved everything to bits! Really nice hospitality. Compliments to the Chef! Well done!
Food is great - the oysters from Essex are amazing! Wine is on the expensive side. Service is exceptional. They've created a great atmosphere with tables outside. Would definitely recommend.
