We had an unforgettable night at Cafe Boheme. The food was delicious and service was excellent. Most of all, we enjoyed the music and atmosphere.
There were loads of staff around but took ages for someone to notice we were waiting to be seated, then ages to get a menu, then could not get any attention to even get some water. Food was good but I ordered the club sandwich and the bread was so hard (like it had been toasted hours ago) and barely anything in the sandwich itself. Certainly not a club sandwich.
All in all "fine" but really need to improve on a few things. Such a shame as was a birthday treat.
Always love the atmosphere, service and food in Café Boheme.
Amazing atmosphere and staff were on point with the service.
The waitress waiting on us was rude and moody. She really should not be working in hospitality. Food was awful. I hope the management team see this and look into her
Food was cold when it arrived, service was poor didn't feel attended to or looked after at all despite it being very quiet the staff took ages to do anything like take the order, bring the bill etc etc. Quite disappointing. Food wasn't hot when it arrived.
Cafe Boheme, always good simple and tasty. I can't recommend it enough.
love this venue! great location, food and service!
Sticky table and chairs, no service acknowledgement for 15 mins, no menu. We left before ordering.
So pleased to go back after such a long absence. As always, good food and well served in simple surroundings.
Great diner, great service, thanks to Javier who was an absolute gem.
We had a nice rose wine at a good price, Xavier who looked after us was friendly and professional, the food was delicious. Highly recommend and I'll be back for sure
Nice service for the most part. Was ignored and flagged on by one waitress when trying to pay the bill. Location is great and set up well for people watching. Food was OK, came for breakfast / brunch. Poached eggs were overcooked. Veggie breakfast was good with a bit of variety. Will return for drinks and and location over anything else.
Fabulous food as always. Perfect martinis. Despite being extremely busy, food and drinks also arrived promptly.
Service is great and staff are friendly and enthusiastic.
Great service and food as always, love coming here!
Overpriced food - tinned tuna in a nicoise
Steak frites is better and better value in Cote
Gorge start to the morning! Lovely coffee and pastry to match. Chilled but attentive service. Planning on booking again :)
Super cool spot to grab some traditional French plates in the heart of Soho. 10/10 would recommend!
Apprecite it being busy. But there was no table service. We had to go to the till to request service each time to order. On occasion, multiple times when no-one came. Left a sour experience. Balans was completely different. So much more attentive, and friendly.
Tables were very unstable and my chair nearly collapsed twice. When I arrived they were still putting tables out in the street and it was already mid day. No table cloths and tables sticky from previous day still. Staff were very stressed and clearly under staffed. Such a shame for what is usually a nice place.
Excelent value brunch with extremely attentive and helpful service. Thank you
Go to Cafe Boheme for the ambience, if nothing else. The way the place is decorated - from the pictures covering the walls down to the lighting - makes it a perfect environment to enjoy dinner or drinks with friends. It really does feel like an upmarket French cafe.
Staff were very friendly and attentive and were good at advising when they needed the table back for more guests. This was great as we didn’t feel rushed and when they did need to chivvy us along (after we had had the table for a good 2hrs) it didn’t come as a surprise. A really good balance of making sure we had everything that we needed, without being ‘too much’.
Drinks and food were delicious and arrived in good time. I had the club sandwich and was very happy with it. Decent portion size and just yummy. Food menu is a little limited, which I didn’t mind, but fussy eaters might find it a bit restricting.
Felt like good value due to the quality of the food/drink and the environment. I had a main and three glasses of wine and came to c. £40 with tip. Was very happy to pay that.
I loved the way the staff greeted most patrons by name. I had not been before, but shall certainly go agin.
Reservation had been lost, outside tables were cramped and makeshift
Seated outside on the terrace, best view to watch the world of Soho pass by. I had the neck of lamb which was excellent! The staff were very welcoming.
Service is excellent as always. Had a very enjoyable relaxing lunch with friends!
Really overpriced for what we had, portions of mains were quite small and very basically presented. Didn't feel like very good value. Also automatically added service although we were only a table of 4 - always feel like you should have the choice about what you want to tip
Lovely food as to be expected from a Soho House establishment. Staff weren’t the most attentive, somewhat understandably as it is chaotically busy in soho, but took about 10 mins after booking time to be seated, and only managed to get attention from staff twice in a 2.5 hour period
Superb coffee and delicious breakfast - part of Soho House so to be expected!
Had a table booked for 1 hour 45 and told to leave after an hour (amongst other customers who also had bookings). Waiter was extremely rude and was listing out tables to her colleague who she vocalised weren’t buying enough (in front of us as customers) and proceeded to patronise the customers as such. As a Londoner, I have been a fan of Cafe Boheme as one of Soho’s gems and visited many times previously, but would be hesitant to return after today given the terrible attitude given to ourselves and other customers today
Fun environment but poor service. Twice we asked for condiments that didn't arrive, we were told items were on the desert menu that then weren't and the surly server didn't bother to thank us after she'd kept us waiting quite a while to pay.
Our waitress was the best. The food was great and we were really looked after throughout our lunch. We’ll be back again.
The quality of food here is excellent, everything is full of flavour while the dishes manage to remain simple (in a good way). We ordered a ‘large’ charcuterie board however, which was incredibly small considering it was for sharing. The service was fast however at times a little rushed and nothing special but for that reason, typically pretty French. Atmosphere is great. Worth going, never a disappointment.
Great food, friendly staff and very generous portions
Love the ambience here. Would suggest visiting for coffee and pastries or cocktails and nibbles
Tables outside were tightly packed. Not adhering to social distancing.
Dinner was disappointing - steak was fine but chips were overcooked. Veey poor considering price.
Waiting staff were not very attentive. Brought me the wrong order despite me pointing to it on the menu. That was replaced but then appeared wrongly on the bill so I had to request that change. I won't be rushing back!
Would probably come back for evening drinks but wouldn't recommend for brunch - too dark inside, really needs to be lighter for a good brunch spot. Almost felt like walking I to a cave
Not my best experience this time around. My medium well steak was simply not cooked in the middle.
Very nice staff good food . I was on a online date and she loved the place great atmosphere.
Great to be back in a Soho institution. Had a lovely lunch.
