Really lovely venue! We were taken care of and our food arrived quickly given how busy it was. Really well run.
Always so good - delicious, surprising. Informal with a buzzy vibe.
First time we went to Caravan we loved it. However, each time since they seem to have fewer vegetarian options than on our first visit. Also most contain sweet potato so not massively exciting and the menu never seems to change. It's okay but could do better
Lovely staff and interesting, appetising food and wine.
Nice, buzzing place on the main street by Exmouth Market. We all had the chorizo/egg hash which was yummy. Good prices and nice staff. Only minus is no kids menu, but they made us something. Sat outside which was nice, they had blankets etc. Good coffee too.
Incredibly friendly and heartfelt service matched the wonderful cocktails and stunning food. We were so impressed, we bought the Caravan cookbook at the end of our meal!
Service was very friendly and this is a nice, cosy space for dinner. However dishes that we have eaten at the City branch of Caravan were not up to the same standard.
Delicious mix of small plates in diverse cuisines, middle Eastern and Asian. Loved the jalapeño cornbread. And fab vanilla ice cream cream with coffee caramel sauce. Would go again tomorrow!
Fabulous place, great food and wine! Perfect for a night out with friends
The food was delicious other than the avocado which was hard and brown, but the table was on a huge slant and was very wobbly so kept spilling drinks. The staff were really nice and the place itself lovely too.
Just personal, but I really didn’t like my halloumi main dish. Hence the score. Everyone else thought their mains were just ok. And it was a bit pricey.
Great location. Good food and cocktails. Lovely staff
A varied brunch menu. Pricey and service was slow, especially when taking order. Food good but presentation sloppy. Very noisy!
Great food, friendly service, good vibes! Would visit again.
Great selection of cuisines and dishes, extensive drinks list and lovely ambiance. Recommend 3 small plates and the chocolate pie for dessert!
Had a lovely dinner at Caravan on a Tuesday night. The staff were welcoming, friendly and prompt. We had a few small plates to share which were all delicious. I love coming to Exmouth as it's the first Caravan and it feels very homely :)
Nice food, innovative and not too heavy.
Lovely place with cool, very attentive staff. Food value for money could be better (small bowl of yoghurt with half a raspberry, granola and hazelnuts £7), but London is expensive as we all know. :) I’ll be back! Coffee is great
Fantastic pancakes made for a lovely, lazy Sunday Breakfast.
Friendly staff, good food and a nice dinner option for a group of friends
Food really wasn't great - not that fresh which was shame as the other Caravan I have visited in Kings Cross was really good
Delicious food and very friendly attentive service
I booked Caravan for me and my veggie friend to have dinner and we were both very impressed by the menu options for vegans and vegetarians! The staff were really friendly and efficient and the food was AMAZING (as were the cocktails). Would recommend to anyone!
Lovely location, service was really friendly and made the experience great especially our waitress. The food is very good too.
Nice place for a casual mean. Reasonable prices and varied food.
Tasty brunch and coffee but portions small. For the price, I expected much more for my money.
The staff were lovely, polite and tentative. I was disappointed with the avocado on toast, for £9 it was a really small portion and nowhere near enough to fill you up. I think any plate you order as a main should at least fill you up. My friend and I had to order another dish between us. I used to have the avocado on toast at Caravan southwark every Thursday, and the portions were bigger.
However, the quality and flavours of the food were lovely.
Super brunch menu, inventive, healthy and delicious as well as the classics. Great service always.
The small plates here are excellent. We shared all of the dishes we ordered and enjoyed the variety that was available to us. The staff were also lovely.
Excellent service and food. Varied and interesting menu
The waitress was so unfriendly and kept trying to clear us everything. Rushed and unfriendly conveyor belt behaviour. A real shame as food great
Lovely lovely brunch! I had the hash with poached egg and chorizo. Quite salty was the only thing but it was so tasty and I'd definitely go back
Food and drinks were amazing, and the atmosphere of the restaurant was lovely.
The service was slightly slow, however this wasn't a problem as we wanted to have a chilled out breakfast
Great food with variety and appealing small plates we shared. Great staff and service. We love Caravan and the original place where it all began!
Really happy with our visit. We arrived earlier than our booking but we were looked whilst a table came available. Service was quick and staff were really friendly
The vegetarian food is sublime!! We had the charred kale and broccoli bowl. Our waiters were friendly, helpful and chatty. The bill was surprisingly high though (£94 e.g. mostly veg, only two main courses for three people and only one glass of wine!). But maybe that is what top notch food costs. The meal was worth it but unfortunately not somewhere we could eat regularly or casually.
Usually enjoy food food at Caravan but several dishes missed the spot yesterday. Over-salted vegetarian option meant I had to order again, and I felt that service was lacking thoughnit was a quiet Monday. I’ll be back as I enjoy Caravan but yesterday was a blip...
great food and swift service. bit noisy and tables close together so could hear business conversations either side! but enjoyed my food so much, can't wait to go again
We were stuck behind a large noisy party so struggled to have conversation. We thought there were less vegetarian options than normal and the main ingredient of the dishes they did have was sweet potato. Sweet potato is okay but cloying when served in huge quantities. Variety would be appreciated. Definitely not up to standard on this occasion
First time back dining in London and so glad we chose Caravan. Food was absolutely delicious and waitress was wonderful, attentive and really valued us as customers. It was a fabulous pre theatre meal and a lovely setting - our table was in a great spot. Highly recommend to all. Very good value for money.
