We went there to celebrate our daughter's 19th birthday and the food was amazing!
the service excellent and they even served her two different desserts because she did not like the first one that they brought out.

Where to begin. Great Tuscan restaurant with stupendous cocktails and great wine. I strongly suggest having a drink with your appetizer. In our dinning experience we had the grilled Calamari. I had the Pinot and my wife had the prosecco, with grey goose, and peach sweetener. Please understand, we both needed these cocktails, and even more important, the kids weren't with us!!!! The pizza Bread was complimentary and tasty, but served room temperature. I had the sea bass with risotto and string beans. My wife ordered the Scallop Casino, the scallops are a nice size & wrapped with bacon! I don't eat bacon but I've been told anything with Bacon is good. My wife thought it was great, but took the rest home. I also had the Margarita Picante cocktail---spicy finish and the look of this drink can be deceiving. At presentation you'd think its a simple lemonade, but don't be fooled my friends. Take a look at my photos and step out on Faith. The food is truly as good as most reviews suggest.

We received a lot of recommendations to dine here and read all of the reviews so were really excited to come. We were sorely disappointed. Our waiter was nice, but they were clearly and severely short-staffed so it seemed like we were being brushed off. We waited a LONG time for our food. We were sat at an awful table, and our dinners were just not good. I must say the portion sizes were more than enough, but after dining at Osteria for Italian, this place was a far cry from a good Italian meal. Oddly enough, there was a fight that broke out between a patron who was yelling at the owner (or manager) of the restaurant and he was yelling at him back... It was disruptive and no one apologized for it. Perhaps we just went on an off night, but we left dinner earlier than planned.

The service was excellent. They went out of their way to make sure our 2 tables were near each other and that we were happy with them. The food was so fresh and delicious. Our waiter was funny, entertaining and attentive.

Jose was a fantastic waiter and the food, wine and overall experience was top notch.

Their tomato sauce tastes like my grandmother's recipe. We always go back to Carpaccio's. The service was personal and lovely and, as always, so-welcoming.

I asked them to make a seafood Fra Diavalo with penné and it was spectacular!

Post pandemic Carpaccio has been one of the more reliable spots in Annapolis in terms of quality of both food and service. Something that has been very hard to find since restaurants starting reopening and understandably so. But the prices haven't changed so we continue to seek both quality metrics when we dine out. One notable issue with this visit was the 'specials' were given in great detail to a table near us but our waiter did not give us the full breakdown of everything available - and one of the appetizers I would have definitely ordered. This is the 2nd time this has happened to us in our past 2 visits.

Parking here can cost a fortune as well - $20 with tip to valet next door - wish they would validate. Food was fan fantastic overall however. The 'Clams Casino" I'm pretty sure use pre-packaged clams. Not sure I'll order that again but the Scallops Casino - was really fabulous. Thank you!

Wonderful service and delicious food made for a delightful evening in our Capital city of Annapolis. Looking forward to my next visit.

As always, Carpaccio was a 10/10. Food, delicious! Ambiance, perfect! We were celebrating my birthday and dessert was on the house! Loved it! This is why I keep coming back. Carpaccio is definitely one of my Favs restaurants.

Ate outside in tent. Was a little cold as they ran out of propane on one of the 2 heaters. Food was delicious. Recommend they decorate the tent a little more to improve the ambiance.

Got the special surf and turf which was great but a little pricey. The chicken parmigiana was good.

They have decorated for the holidays, the food is consistently excellent and wait staff attentive but not intrusive. We LOVE Carpaccio's and keep going back!

Carpaccio will always be our favorite restaurant in Annapolis. The service is concerned, accommodating but unobtrusive. The tables were well-spaced (a la Wuhan) and management was very careful to follow the rules.
The staff is friendly, happy and personable (especially Nikola!).

Fave dishes: Clams with Linguini for my husband and a Fra Diavolo treatment of a seafood dish with shrimp, crab meat and succulent scallops. The tiramisu was large enough to share and was delicious.

All staff practiced COVID 19 safety, excellent food and service.

The food as always was off the charts outstanding - the Lobster Ravioli and Veal are amazing - my wife's lunch portion of the Lamb Ragu was great and more than enough to fill a linebacker - she took half home and the Pizza is second only to Ledo's in the Annapolis area- my only disappointment was the new bartender who is a work in progress - - great server but needs more experience behind the bar - had to send my first two JD Manhattans back - the first one I didn't even taste - the glass was 1/2 full and for a $13 + dollar drink I would like a full glass , the second one went back after I tasted it and told the bartender/server I don't like orange peel's in my Manhattan , don't know anybody that does and it was undrinkable.

Great experience, great atmosphere, great food, great service

It seems that every time we come the hostess (the same one) is always pretty rude. It is like she is doing is a favor to seat us. I understand we are in the middle of a pandemic but it’s a turn off for coming to our favorite spot.

We went here last Wednesday amidst a rain storm coming thru and sat outside under the cover rather than inside the heated tent. It was a perfect evening. We had the fried calamari and a shrimp special appetizer. Both were excellent. Our meals were lasagna, a halibut special and the egg plant parmigiana. I had the halibut and it was wonderful served in a white wine sauce with fingerling potatoes. The fish was cooked perfectly and not dried out. I tried the pear/prosecco martini and it was delicious. Our server Tim deserves a large part of the credit for being so cheerful on a rainy night. It made the evening fun.

Highly recommend Carpaccio for it's food, service and special attention to the virus. Give it a shot and ask for TIM.

Nice place! The food was good and drinks were good. Just what we were looking. Also, since COVID is going on they had lots of seating outside which we appreciated.

We have never had a bad meal at this wonderful restaurant! I love the menu which has something for everyone. Being of Italian origin and having two Italian born grandmothers (one from Sicily, one from Campagna) I experienced the best of Italian cooking growing up in New Jersey. Although this is billed as a Tuscan style Italian restaurant, there are many dishes of southern origin, but the northern dishes are delicious truly as well. Eating there is like taking a culinary trip from north to south in Italy.
The wait staff is patient, helpful and courteous, the ambiance is very pleasing and wine selection varies from frugal to very expensive. We dined there recently for my birthday and enjoyed a delicious bottle of red wine from Sicily - very smooth and rich! You won't be disappointed dining there!
