Delicious. Interesting decor. Nice surprise with live music.
Lovely restaurant, great food, personal service. Old world quality in a family run restaurant. Highly recommended.
Authentic food at reasonable prices. super friendly staff and owner.
Great food ... we chose the Barcelona package and the amount of food was so much a great small place ...
My second time at Casa Barcelona and it was as pleasant as my first visit.
Very nice and warm reception. The host are extremely knowledgeable of Spanish culture and food.
Everything was delicious!
Awesome food and great service from the owners
Awesome romantic little place where the elder owner and his wife ( from Barcelona) took great pride in their food .... they are adorable ! I must visit for great food , nice ambience and where it truly feels like your part of their family !
Geat little place, amazing food and service with a smile. Was a little hesitant to book at first as the decor looked out dated but that ended up being part of the charm. Great spot and will definitely go again!!
Arguably the best Spanish restaurant in town.
Not to mention the honest prices
Service was good. It's to bad food did not mat h the service. Food was ok but did not really stand out.
Nice original food from Spain with great variety and the Barcelona atmosphere
Wonderful birthday dinner for my husband. The service was very friendly, food was good and the live guitarist/singer really made the evening special.
Unfortunately the food had little taste and everything was over cooked. For the price of $144 we expected a lot more. However the live music and decor (20 years in operation - maybe the original aesthetics) gave an authentic feel; perhaps our experience was a bit of a lemon.?.?.?
The food and service was amazing! This restaurant has been around for over 20 years and the owners are so lovely. We went for a girls night after the restaurant was recommended to me and I’m so happy we did. The owners come out and talk to you and are great at recommending items from the menu. We ordered a paella for the table and after realizing I couldn’t eat it because of allergies the owner made me my own paella without my allergens. If you want fresh, clean, authentic Spanish food you need to try Casa Barcelona!! We ordered the set meal for 2 and added 2 more people to it. It’s a great way to try a bit of everything. Be prepared to leave full!! Will definitely be going back!
Paella was fabulous..lots of option too.
Relaxed pace. Enjoyable meal.
Service could improve. Aggressive markups on the wine...
Amazing food and staff, Amazing conversation with the owner :-)
I have gone twice once with a large group second time as a date. WONDERFUL , authentic , and great service. It seems like a family run business , they are super friendly and the octopus is the most tender thing I have EVER tasted. Would recommend
The kids food was absolutely terrible - the “pizza” was 3 slices of processed cheese on diced tomatoes on raw store pizza dough.
First time here! We really enjoyed the food - the chicken and shrimp paella could have been more flavourful. The lobster cannelloni tapas was really great!
I was very excited to eat at this place. I had read the reviews beforehand and was looking forward to a traditional tapas experience. However, the food was very disappointing. The first few dishes were good, but the star dishes of the meal lacked flavour. The worst dish was the paella. Very disappointing that the best dish was actually the worst. If you are looking for good paella do not try this one. Bland, no flavour at all.
We celebrated Mother’s Day here. Eduardo gave us advice on the food. He is also the chef. He’s manner is somewhat abrasive but he seems to be well intentioned. The other servers are unfriendly but functional. Food was average.
My wife and I took a Friend for a night out ,He had never tried tapas before and we all thoroughly enjoyed the evening. All the Dishes were excellent with a large variety to choose from. The owner/sommelier recommended a great wine to go with our dinner. Service was quiet ,friendly and efficient. We will be returning.
Tapas! Also called small plate in the US, these tasty assorted bites were perhaps the best that I have had outside of Barcelona - but you really have to understand tapas to appreciate what you're getting here. Loved it. Tuna, shrimp paella, dates, scallops, and croquettes, plus sangria.
They have a very good sangria and tapas are good too... the paella!? personally I didn’t like it to much probably I had very high expectation... anyways the service was amazing and yes I found it expensive...!!! I would go again just for the sangria and tapas...!!!
The owner is a sweetheart but the brunch menu on Open Table is not valid.
Hands down, the best Octopus I've ever had! Very tender and tasty. Great food quality and very friendly owner.
My boyfriend and I love tapas so we decided to try it here. This place has been around for a long time but it seems to be a little off the path and therefore doesn’t get the kind of traffic they deserve. We were greeted at the door by an older gentleman that didn’t speak much English but thankfully my boyfriend is fluent in Spanish. I didn’t feel left out because the waiter made a genuine effort to include me too. He explained the menu thoroughly and brought out glasses of wine. We wrote our order down on the paper placed on the table. We ordered the Ibiza Combo and traded out the chorizo with baby calamari. The waiter took our order and then said “Ok. I go to cook now”. Since we were one of the first in the restaurant for the evening, 8pm dinner reservations, I thought it was great that he still wanted to greet his patrons and be personable. Everything was done great and we even ordered an extra of the lobster cannelloni because it was that amazing. Don’t pass this place by. Prices are good for the quality and quantity of food you get.
Fantastic food, home made bread was specially delicious, service was fantastic .
I will come back..Best paella ever! Wedding anniversary celebration was perfect!
Menu on site is 5 years old. No brunch menu. Food was okay. Over priced.
Me and my boyfriend had a pretty good time eating tapas on Valentines Day. The variety of food was good and quality was decent. However, I’m not sure it was worth 150 dollars that we paid for the meal.
Great place with authentic and homemade cuisine. Solid service and different from so many other local options.
A lovely local spot with great food! We were very happy with the service and quality of food. It seemed to be family owned, which I loved as you could feel the warmth and hospitality of everyone there.
Make sure to go with a big group and try a bunch of stuff
Excellent experience overall, with great food & service.
A great place to experience Spanish cuisine, & if you want to experience Tapas, this is the place you want to go in Toronto & the western part of the GTA.
Casa Barcelona has become one of our favourite dining experiences in the Toronto area, & we always enjoy coming back & introducing family & friends to this dining gem in the Bloor West & Royal York area of Etobicoke.
The food was excellent! As vegetarians, we had a very good variety of options to choose from. Every dish was delicious - from the pastas to the stuffed vegetables (and the yummy home made bread with whipped home made butter). We will definitely return.
Great food, cozy place for enjoying the food while chatting with your friends.
The sangria is really good.
Paella had no taste.had to sent it back.Service was unpleasant.
Chef came with claims why we sent food back.server didn't have a clue about the menu.didn't ask us even if we want anything else.
Overall bad experience.
