    Myself and my sister have did many afternoon tea experiences in and around Glasgow The Glasgow Central hotel was a beautiful venue with a very comfortable atmosphere and ambiance however the food was a bit of a let down. While what we received was tasty there wasn’t much of it Two small rolls and four very small sandwiches two small fruit and two small plain scones with jam and cream. Two each of very small Battenberg cakes two very small strawberry mouse and two very small chocolate tarts and two small hummus cups I know this sounds a lot as it’s varied but everything was very small. If this is the same as the advertised price of £70 I would have been really annoyed. As it was I had a Wowcher deal for £37. I would love be to go back another time but maybe not for afternoon tea.

    Lovely environment, employees polite , friendly and professional. The experience overall amazing,we had the afternoon tea for my birthday, the food was so good , definitely will come back !

    We had a lovely afternoon. Food was good. Nice warm scones with clotted cream and jam and the humus and bread sticks were also nice. Sandwiches were nice enough. It’s a lovely place to relax though with interesting views down in to Central Station.

    This is an outstanding hotel outstanding service food and outstanding customer service these people don’t get recognition for their hard work I loved every single one of the staff and deserves if single comment I myself personally left a tip and I was overwhelmed with the service it was my wedding anniversary which my husband proposed 22 years ago in the restaurant and we stayed in the hotel and its outstanding thnx guys

    Booked a table for only drinks but was allocated a seat in the restaurant area surrounded by people eating. Not quite what we were looking for, left without ordering and went to a bar in a pub for drinks

    Was very noisy when we arrived as restaurant was full but did quieten down. Waitresses were helpful and pleasant. Beautiful surroundings and comfortable seating. Food was delicious!

    We booked this for "pres" before dining elsewhere. Great to get a seat and table in Glasgow City Centre on a Saturday night, and to get table service. Service great.
