Hadn't been before was recommended by a friend , it was absolutely gorgeous the food is unbelievably good best we have had in a long long time , the squid was fresh crispy tasty , the tuna rolls and the duck were moorish but the king prawn salad mains was served with a side dressing was really nice , but the best for me was the cod mains it was absoluty cooked and served to perfection so tasty and not a bit of stodgy food was seen on our plates , I'd definitely recommend Fuzen at the Hale country club and spa it's an oasis for dining excellence . The only thing I'd say is we drove up and down Clay lane twice couldn't see sign saying Fuzen , we rang them and they put us right , it's in the clu & spa .... You should try it , we defy you not to be blown away by the food ..... More
