Ok food..very loud music..rude waitress. Wanted is to leave.
My go to restaurant everytime
Great service. Venue and staff
Amazing food and service. Came here for valentines and couldn’t have made a better choice of restaurant.
Great atmosphere and ambiance. Staff friendly and competent and the food; well presented, cooked well and arrived hot to the table.
Atmosphere fantastic with the smooth soft jazz voices ringing throughout the restaurant. This complemented the feel of the restaurant making it relaxing and romantic. Great for all ages with a truly amazing vibe.
I have been to Chino Latino many times, for various occasions and I always enjoy myself. My one and only issue was that it was cold, my dinner guest even put their jacket on.
Interesting food. Nice place and staff very friendly. Little bit of a meat market, one customer then another, then another, so not the individual attention to customers that makes it an amazing experience, but good enough.
Food is lovely (vegetable tempura and crispy duck are our favourites) but we were served by at least 6 different people over the 2 courses we had. It is always nice to build a rapport with your waiter/waitress but everything feels rushed in the restaurant.
Out of all the restaurants in london we went for this one, have been shard and gerkin.. we actually thinking to go back to shard because we thought how good can a restaurant be in a hotel.. then i convinced my partner to try it out because we have been to the hotel but not the restaurant we was amazed with the hotel service and the room, so we thought lets take a risk for a first anniversary so went to the restaurant, it was amazing it was more then what we expected the service stuff restaurant everything exactly the food i could give 10 out of 10 for everything, while we was sitting down me and my partner disused and said that we would go there twice a week you actually pay for what you get, we had alot to eat and did not even pay as much we expected. I would recommend to everyone and i would recommend the hotel as well as in the restaurant. Its seriously amazing and looking forward to go there next week for valentine's day :) thanks to all the stuff for everything they have done on are anniversary.
Dinner was lovely. Great food and fantastic service.the Portuguese waitress was handling the entire floor very smoothly. My pear martini was very delicious. Will definitely come back.
Excellent food & ambience. Perfect for special occasions.
Amazing views, food was wonderful with lots of choice, decor was beautiful and the waitress couldn't do enough for you. They also had a singer and pianist playing throughout the evening. The only downside was the service charge at 17.5% meant the waitress was not tipped personally which lets the restaurant down a little.
Impressive looking restaurant and bar - with views across the Thames - comfortable and well spaced tables/chairs. Relaxed pace to service (suitable for the occasion) and attentive, good-humoured interactions with the wait staff who were very welcoming and friendly. We enjoyed the vegetarian tasting menu which was very tasty and presented very well.
The service absolutely inadequate. Food regular and expensive. Terrible experience
Great staff, speedy service and tasty gourmet menu
Food was good but service was really poor. I asked 3 times for a cocktail which I never get and also after ask for the desert menu I did not get it. Nice ambient and food but awful service
Fantastic views and live music made our Christmas lunch memorable. Unfortunately the service was lacking in attention and politeness, otherwise would have given this place five stars
I reserved a table for two for lunch.
When we arrived the person waiting at the door asked us to wait and ran off to find someone. She came back a while later alone and showed us to our table, giving us the wine menus only.
A time later someone else came and we asked for food menus and ordered drinks.
There was an ear piercing fire alarm test right in the middle of lunch (13:30). Apparently this happens every Monday lunch time.
The food was pretty good. We discussed and would give the food 7.5/10.
But when I got home, my wife realised that one dish we had ordered (taquitos) were not brought to our table.
It was the best restaurant I have been to. Outstanding
It was really nice and the attention/ service great . Will say the music does not go with the name of the place
Unusual to find a good place to eat in an hotel in london. It's a sort of Asian/South American fusion food, with some quite different foods. They have live music, usually a singer or 2. The staff are very friendly, the food is high quality and the wine is moderatly priced
What is outrageous though is the scandalous price they charge for water. I think they bottle their own - it looked that way - and, for 800ml of sparkling water, they charge £5.50. that is SIX times the price of petrol. They should be ashamed of that
I'll be on tap water next time I go
The place was incredible! Me and my girlfriend had an amazing anniversary. The service was brilliant and the quality of food was outstanding. Thank you again for a a special evening.
The food and the service was amazing! Can't wait to go back. Our waiter (Luca) was very good and attentive as was the hostess (Katia). Highly recommended everything was just Lush!
Great meal at Chino Latino! Food was amazingly tasty and the service was really good. Live music every night which was really fun and enjoyable. Would definitely go back but I need to save up first!
Came here for my birthday and realised i made the best choice as soon as I entered the restaurant. Great ambiance with a fantastic performance and exquisite food.
The food and service was exceptionally good. The four of us really enjoyed the experience. The music is far to loud, we struggled to hear each other talking. Would definitely return.
Service was quick and food quite fresh and tasty, it catered for a big group quickly.
Went on a Friday night. Not as busy as expected. Live entertainment which was good. Food was nice as well. We did the taster menu which i think was decent value. Food was pretty good. Nice place with good views.
Had a lovely date here, great ambience, love music was cool, food was great, mate for a lovely evening
My favourite restaurant in London. Excellent service and amazing food. Good for business meetings and also for anniversaries . I am never disappointed and great value for money.
Great service and lovely food!
Cool and chic with live music in a great space overlooking the river. The food was innovative and delicious. The service left a lot to be desired. We were left sitting for ages after arrival with all the staff apparently too busy even to bring us the bottle of sparkling water we ordered. We did not receive one of the dishes we ordered, but instead got someone elses' lamb chops (which were superb). Overall a good experience, but they really need to up their game on the service front.
My experience was absolutaly amazing, food is wonderful, music is nice and the chef is Brazilian.
Thanks a lot for the experience, certanly I will be back.
Booked in for cocktails and dinner, as a change from the West End, which is usually rammed.
It has a large restaurant with views over the Thames . We were given a bar table just for drinks and a menu which had food on it and we mistakenly thought that this was the main menu. So when cutlery started arriving we asked why we weren’t given a table in the restaurant itself. A small misunderstanding which led to our party given great window table near the live music.
We all decided on the £50 tasting menu which was excellent and value for money. All round, a great evening.
Great scenery, vibe and overall excellent customer service.
It was my birthday November 10th and went here with my partner. I loved the atmosphere, It was exactly what we expected. We are going back for Valentine's day 2019 or anytime before that. Food in my opinion was filling which is great!!! Very well seasoned and my partner enjoyed his meal. Staff were amazing and very polite. I have allergies to nuts and they were great with this.
Great atmosphere and food.
Excellent food and cocktails. Great wine selection.
Fantastic service from Luca.
It was my mums 63 birthday. The restaurant had a really bad Vibe. It felt like everyone was in trouble. I was scared to even ask for anything. Everyone was so moody. It took them 30mins to ask us what drink we would like. 2 cokes an 2 cocktails. Well all I can say, our food was out before our drinks. They never cleared the table out. So therefore I got up and asked for our bill. After I paid and got our coats on. They decided to bring Desert out with happy birthday written on the plate. Everything was just wrong. I could understand if the restaurant was busy, but it was empty. It’s was the worst experience ever. being in the restaurant industry for 8years in Las Vegas and California. I would never do this to my customers. Best experience is a must no matter what! Thank you
We celebrated a birthday there. The service was fantastic and the food out of this world. There was a piano-bar singer which was of great added value and they surprised us with a birthday cake when the meal was over. Great experience, will definitely come back again. Thank you.
