Everything was just right, special touch added for my mums birthday occasion.
Portions very small and my main meal was served on a thin piece of wood so when I tried to cut into it it kept falling on the table. Was seated close to a lounge area which I think needs to be separated from the restaurant
Fantastic taster menu and very good service.
Definitely would recommend as well as go again ourselves.
Outstanding food - absolutely delicious and beautifully presented.
Awesome as always!
Food was great and we really enjoyed the live entertainment.
Exceeded my expectations. The food and service were outstanding. Will visit again on our next trip to London.
The waiter exceeded my expectations. The recommendations he made were an excellent choice. He ensured our drinks were always topped up and met all of our needs. I would definitely recommend going to chino Latino for any special occasion.
Aga (or Agnieszka) made this particular visit more special than usual. The service she provided was the best either myself and my wife had ever experienced in terms of dining. Aga was always on hand when needed and her energy and enthusiasm genuinely enhanced our experience.
Food was amazing, as always, and the entertainment was superb also.
The food was amazing and the staff are amazing too
The food was passable which is a shame as the view is amazing and it has potential. but the ceviche mixto was awful and had a horrible aftertaste. but the desert was very good. the waitstaff were excellent. especially Agnieska. Lovely and professional.
We had a wonderful evening at Chino Latino.
The food was exceptional, we have eaten at a number of good restaurants, including Sushi Samba, Hutong & Hakassan we all agreed the food was on par with all of them.
Our server Agnieszka was a delight, she was extremely helpful and when asked about certain dishes she could explain every one in great detail.
The service from start to finish was second to none, Hector also went out of his way to assist us and was very attentive.
It was our daughters birthday and there was a great live band playing and they sung Happy Birthday to her, all very tasteful and a total surprise, a very nice touch.
We will definitely be returning to Chino Latino and would highly recommend it to anyone.
Great atmosphere with live music, i was disappointed on not hearing Latin music. Food was delicious and presented with a distinctive touch. Immaculate service from everyone.
Poor service, sprayed with cleaning product on my hands while eating, Mojito takes 20 mns to arrive after asking 3 times, with nothing in it appart from ice, food so so, some average some good.
It was a nice evening, the staff where attentive and the atmosphere was nice. I did feel really over dressed because people were wearing flip flops and casual clothing but apart from that I enjoyed myself.
We where given a lovely table looking out over the Thames .the food was fantastic very tasty and a nice selection of wine
Amazing food, view,and service.
The stuff excellent.
Went for my 18th birthday, Loved the food, the staff were very polite.
A great experience. Friendly staff, tasty well presented food from an interesting menu. Good view over Thames
Very good food and ambience
Fresh and very good food. Service was very formal but fine. Served a personal touch as a surprise for birthday - well done!
The waiters were very friendly, and the food was absolutely delicious.
The service was absolutely excellent. Had Stephanie as a server and she was utterly amazing! She was very attentive and made great recommendations. Very personable and a lovely young lady.
It is a very lovely restaurant, nice atmosphere and ambience.
There was a live singer, who was utterly terrible. They were loud and in my opinion could not sing whatsoever. Sang for what felt like an enternity, really ruined the mood for me personally.
The food was nice, not a lot of it and the prices were quite steep. Enjoyed the steak and chocolate fondant and the alcohol measurements were spot on! They didn’t skimp on the double portions.
Would probably return to try out other options on the menu.
Beautifully presented food, knowledgeable staff, great venue.
I love the eclectic menu here, lots of fun and different things
They also have live music, which is always good to have
Crazy expensive bottled water, but otherwise average for a London hotel, and much better quality than in the avergae hote restaurant
great food and cocktails/wine
Live music good
I was very pleased that the restaurant was friendly to children
Lovely evening with live music and excellent food. A but pricey, but the ambience and setting certainly compensated for the cost of the experience.
Very good experience, food is fab, staff are overall good. Will be back next time we are in London
Poor and slow service. Waited maybe 20-30min for even ordering in an almost empty restaurant. Ordering a drink that somehow was forgotten and had to be reminded of to get it. Price in comparison to quality/taste and amount of food was extremely poor compared to other restaurants in London. Tamales were more like porridge than a real tamale (and I have experience of real tamales). The sauce for the tamale was very strange. I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant to anyone. Unfortunately this is one of the worst restaurants I have visited when looking at food quality and service. Latin food require taste and precision and the taquitos and tamales we had lacked both. Unless made properly they should not be served and especially not charged. After asking for our check the employees didn’t even ask what we thought about the food. Next time I have this experience in waiting 30min before even ordering I will walk out. My policy as a paying customer is to be taken care of properly.
The waitress was rude. The sushi was great the yellow curry was too bitter.
No doubt the food was amazing and so was the entertainment provided the night we attended with fantastic live music. Upon arrival, we were greeted by a very polite blond woman who showed us to our seats in a lovely corner with a good view of the riverbank and the musicians. As we progressed through the nights with starters, sides, desserts platter, mains etc. (we stayed around 3 hours) we did not feel as if the waitresses and waiters were amazing in their hospitality i.e. we waited around 20 minutes for the many staff who walked past us before they finally cleared our tables each time and I had to ask for the desserts menu and bill myself. Honestly, I really did enjoy the food and entertainment and atmosphere in the place, but the hospitality level of the waitresses and waiters was probably the "even better if" for me.
The waistress were very moody & not helpful. We had to call her every time we wanted the table cleared or wanted drinks. At one time they tried to clear the plates when we still had food in them. The portion sizes were very small for the price you are paying. You end up getting double the quantity if you go as a group of 5. The only thing we enjoyed was the entertainment & view.
Everything was perfect. I have booked a table for my partners birthday, and although I booked far in advance and requested one of the 3 tables with the view, it was a little unnerving when I was told over the phone that “they do not guarantee which table people get”, I just like to be sure, when planning something ahead. However they fulfilled my request and we did get the best table with a view on the night. Every dish was delicious and interesting, and portions are generous. Cocktails certainly hit the spot. And it was great to see live instrumental music, I would suggest to add more lively latino tunes, as the name suggests.
Over all we had a great experience, and a night to remember!
Great tasting food and great drinks will be visiting again!
Duck as jasmine rice go well together!
Nice food. Nice staff. Great view. Great atmosphere. Loved the live music
We had an excellent meal off a well constructed set menu. The staff were friendly and attentive, but not at all intrusive. One young man deserves special mention, but unfortunately we did not get his name. Overall an excellent night.
Attended on Sunday evening. Service was a little slow- when asked if we wanted water we replied "yes", then waited 10 minutes before catching the attention of a waitress and reminding her of our request. when it arrived it was a tad warm. Nice presentation though, in a bottle with mint leaves. Funnily enough there was no problem with our order of a bottle of Ruinart. Food was good and we especially recommend the pork Belly and the Wasabi Lobster. Again, service slowed whilst awaiting out bill, though we wish to note that our waitress Stephanie was very helpful throughout the evening, quickly attending to errors by her colleagues (my starter arrived, yet six minutes later my wife's had not!) and giving good advice on the menu. The hostess was friendly, intermittently checking on proceedings throughout. Great view onto the river enhanced by a lovely sunset. Enjoyable.
Great food, great prices but service wasn’t the best
Live music on Saturday night was brilliant, only problem is there were some children running around, I guess you can find this as it’s in a hotel after all. Service was very good although they messed up a bit our booking, not a big deal though.
Food was very good, although desserts were a bit not of our liking. A vegan cheesecake does not have to be so dry (coconut cream, vegan cheese cream and Agar seaweed should make the trick).
In general it was quite good value for money.
Mothers Day Disaster. Booked a table for my mother and wife , ready to enjoy a lovely evening. Our waitress Annabella was amazing, you couldn't fault her. However, after placing our order which was now running really late, we were brought two Salmon dishes with nothing else and minus the rest of the order, which I thought was peculier.A further 25 minutes into waiting for my dish to arrive, a waiter brings over a mixed green salad which no one had ordered, so we simply said it wasn't for us, he said he would change it and would be right back, we never saw him again. We summoned over who I believe to be the restaurants floor manager and explained to her that the two solitary Salmon dishes minus the rest of our order were now getting cold, not to mention the waiting time. Much to our amazement we were abruptly told that the two Salmon dishes were part of a "Sharing Concept", which she repeated twice in the same belittling tone as if we didn't understand what we had ordered, which was 3 separate dishes. Without getting a word in edgeways, she states she will have the dishes changed and begins to grab the dishes from our table and storms off, at this point I was now ready to leave. Now left bewildered, I summoned over Annabella and again explained that our orders were cold and incomplete, in which she totally understood and gave us a bottle of Prosecco on the house for the inconvenience and within another 20-25 minutes, we were served our complete order which we had waited almost 1 hour for.
I have eaten at this restaurant a few times before the refurb, which I might add is really nice, but have never experienced experienced such bad service. As much as I would love to go back, I will go elsewhere.
Excellent food, great service & lovely live music .... a super evening - thank you!
I’ll be back!
