Music was good but a bit loud. Waitress forgot our glasses of water till. She brought them during dessert. I'm not upset, they were steady and she did remember.

Had the 14 oz prime rib with a baked potato. The meat was dry and the potato was cold . Disappointing for a $38 entree. The daily soup was tasty and well presented. The creme brûlée’s Was very tasty

We came after being unable to get a table at a different restaurant earlier in the night. Chop treated us amazing from the moment of entry and a quick stop up at the bar. Our table was ready within 15 minutes and we had an amazing server who walked us through the menu and treated us impeccably.

Nice ambiance, waitress efficient and friendly. Food tasty, nicely presented. But over priced, we eat out weekly, different venues. This meal was 30 to 40% more than other comparable places. Also noticed that some tables were offered a bread basket, we were not or nor were several others. Consistancy !!

We have celebrated our wedding anniversary here for the past two years. Excellent meal and service each time! Personalized our experience with a card signed individually by each employee. Plus a bonus of a free appetizer on our next visit. Can't recommend enough! Go see for yourself. Found it a bit chilly in the restaurant this year but it wasn't enough to put a damper on our experience!!

Ordered crab cakes and tempura vegetable appetizers. Crab cakes were deep fried as opposed to pan, to greasy. Had prime rib dinner, was fabulous. Had the chopped salad which was served fresh and chilled. The patio ambiance was great, overall restaurant could have been cleaner and a little tired. Aside from our certain objections, we would return.

Meh. High end prices for a Londin restaurant, low end service. Food was fine but way over priced. This was the only place we could get a reservation last minute. It was relatively empty. $130 for two entrees and one alcohol beverage each.

The steak was cooked properly but was tough and flavourless. Potatos were bland and boring. I would go again but will never again waste my money on steak there.

Food was better a couple of years ago. Steaks were seared to the point of being burnt - which was an overwhelming flavor throughout the entire steak. Baked potatoes tasted like they had lived in a fridge for a couple days before being served to us. Overall, the food was about the quality I would expect from a Kelseys or Crabby Joes, not a 'steakhouse'. Disappointing.

Very enjoyable atmosphere. Food was very tasty and staff were very willing to split a dinner with my husband and me.
My husband is celiac and was so pleased to be able to order his beer but was then told they didn’t have any in stock. My coors light was flat but by the 3rd attempt, it was perfect. Other than the beer issues all was great.

Ate there this weekend for our anniversary. The food was delicious. and I loved the ambiance. The portions were slightly small but comparable to other restaurants. My husband ordered the 1/2 rack of ribs. It was more like a 1/3 of a rack. He did say they were delicious. I had the salmon it was delicious also. We had onion rings to start. The garlic dip was perfect. Unlike the keg they do not bring out a bread basket to start or do anything special when you tell them you are there for an occasion. Music was a touch loud that night but not overbearing. Service and drinks was perfect.

Our dining experience was perfect. The food was hot and delicious. Ambience was lovely. But most exceptional was the service. Our waitress presented herself to our table at the exact moment we were ready for more drinks and food. The service was not rushed, a very important part of dining out for me, and she was very kind. She also knew about the menu items and was able to answer all of our questions. I would definitely recommend Chop to anyone and will definitely be a repeat customer.

We shared a soup, appetizer, prime rib dinner, and a dessert. The soup and appetizer was delicious so when the prime rib came out and was even more outstanding, we were thrilled. The only letdown was the cheesecake was a little dry, but the fruit compote on top was tart so that helped. Our server, M, was absolutely fantastic!

Our server was excellent. My boyfriends ribs were slightly on the colder temperature. He likes his food HOT. We told our waitress and she acted immediately. The manager even came out and personally apologized over something that I thought wasn’t that big of a deal. But it goes to show the level of customer service. I am a operations manager and I learned something from this manager tonight. Great job! And the food was very tasty!

We went for the happy hour drinks and appetizers but the waitress stated that they would honor it but aren't advertising it. I only knew about it from an email they sent me and it was also on the bottom of our bill when we received it.
