Very comfortable and warm for outdoor dining in the cold. Felt very COVID safe.

Good experience over all. Service was a bit slow but I think the COVID restrictions could be the reason for that due to short staff.

We wanted someplace that wasn’t crowded where we could sit outside. We were pleasantly surprised at the top-notch service and the delicious food. Everything we ate was memorable. It’s a great atmosphere and a wonderful place for dinner. I cannot recommend it enough for a nice Terrace and friendly service.

They were very accommodating with COVID. It was my parent's first restaurant experience in months. We were in a quiet corner away from other people. The food was amazing. We had 2 brick chickens, ahi tuna, salmon, mac n cheese and pumpkin cheesecake. Nothing was left. Yum!

My first visit to Circa Foggy Bottom wasn't a great experience because the service was subpar. This was my 2nd visit and the service matched the food, both were amazing. I would confidently return to the location now. Special thanks to Tee (and our waitress before that whose name I unfortunately forgot) she was great!

Enjoyed dining at Circa, but be aware that the outdoor dining is actually in a tented outdoor space with heaters. This is fine as the weather gets cold, but not truly with full outdoor health benefits

One of the best outdoor patio experiences right - tables are spaced, the tent walls were halfway down and their ceiling heat lamps provide a great amount of heat to take off the chill of technically being outside.

The waitress was professional and pleasant. The service was good.

Had lunch there yesterday. Outdoor dining on a patio. Quiet. Not a lot of street noise despite it being a busy intersection. Excellent hygiene. Tables nicely spaced and one use only paper menus. Definitely will return.

I was in town for work, and met a dc friend at CIRCA-fb. Everything was as you would expect - delicious!

There were many interesting options on the menu. The appetizer, both entrees, and even the salad were tasty and just the right size (actually, the salad was larger than expected for a side salad). The service was terrific. We sat outside and watched a steady stream of pedestrians parade by but they did not interfere with our dining experience; in fact, several enhanced it.

Incredible food and spectacular service. I ordered the three course meal. Each course was spectacular. My waiter gave great wine suggestions. I can't wait to go back!

Our server was excellent! I wish I could remember her name so I could write it in but she was attentive to our every need. Excellent waitress.

Filet sliders were tasty. Had chicken and biscuits for the brunch. Both the chicken and biscuit were dry.

Circa is always good -- excellent food, good service. This time we arrived at the time of our reservation and were told buy the hostess that because of another, later, reservation she would need our table in an hour and a half. To meet her requirement we cancelled a dessert order and left the table on time. Half an hour later while walking past I noticed no one at our table. Not a good way to end an otherwise enjoyable meal.

Though we were late, they held our table. The service was prompt, but not not overbearing. Food was great!

Service was variably slow. Calamari was good. The chocolate cake was a very rich dark chocolate, more like candy.
The hangar steak was rather tough. Bread was not served.
Fries were nice and crisp. Could have done without the music overhead. Happy for the overhead heat lamps

I enjoyed my visit! The calamari was to die for. Our hostess was very pleasant and attentive. Will definitely be back soon for another date night.

This seared scallops were fantastic

My birthday dinner was WONDERFUL. The staff was great, JB not only bartended but was also our server. He was GREAT! Fully recommend this establishment
