4 of us had dinner here. I ordered the filet trio. One of the filets had a huge piece of grizzle in it which I could not cut through no matter how hard I tried so I could not eat a portion of the third filet. The filets were just ok - not melt in your mouth. I was disappointed. 2 of us ordered the crab cakes which were excellent. One ordered fish but she did not finish it - not sure why and I was afraid to ask. Salads were excellent. Server was very friendly but took "forever" to bring drinks to the point where we were ready to cancel the drink order. But he managed to appear just as we were ready to cancel. Would like to have had the drinks during our dinner but ended up having to drink them during dessert. The key lime pie was to die for. Overall we enjoyed the night but I think it will try some place else next time. I guess I would recommend to others with a caveat. We have had better experiences in the past and hopefully will again in the future. Plus I think you are a bit overpriced given the food and service.

Our server, Jonathan, was terrific; liked him a lot. He was accommodating and knew how to juggle a lot of details with finesse. He got a big tip.
The reason the ratings are not stellar are that, as a pattern, the overall service delivery always misses for us. Last time it was a bloody fly on the menu, tepid soup and questionable cartilage or hairy roots in our potatoes.
This time it was having the appetizer come a mere 25 seconds before the entrees. Not good. And when the plate was handed to us, it was scalding hot on a bare hand, as if it had been directly on a stove. That was not good.
The management at Coopers Hawk needs to do better at deep, pervasive training for quality control and customer service.

Had a great lunch before picking up our monthly wine. My husband had the lunch size spaghetti and meatballs and I had the dish of the month. Mine was butternut squash ravioli topped with lobster, shrimp and scallops in a excellent lobster sauce. It was delicious. I hope they keep it on the menu for the future. My husband loved his as well.
There are so many wonderful things on the menu it’s hard to choose.

One of our favorite places, but it has a systemic issue with timely drink service. What? At a "winery"? Yes. On Saturday nights, expect 15-20 minutes to get a simple drink made and served to you.

We were seated in an area that was very cold. When we asked about getting our seating changes the staff first said that there is nothing they could do. They asked us to get off the table we originally were seated to make room for the next guests. Overall a very poor experience and poor management. A special occasion dinner destroyed. Would not recommend to anyone.

My Grouper fish was very poor, a small with limited fish meat as nd low quality for a $28 price. My wife's seabass portion was the tail side and so expensive.

Great menu and service restaurant is a bit on the noisy side but very nice decor.

The one thing I cant stand is there very slippery floor that feels like you are on an ice skating rink.

I will be back because of wine food and service but wish they either changed floor or cleaned it or whatever needs to be done with it not sure. Even the folks working there make fun of it

Food was very tasty! Unfortunately we had a waiter who seemed completely uninterested in waiting on us. We had out of town guests so it was very disappointing. The manager did step in and took some money of the bill, so that made it a little better.

We love Cooper's and enjoy their delicious food and wine. However, we always seem to be seated next to a rowdy crowd in the restaurant. Expect it to be noisy in the bar and just go with it. However, when we're in restaurant, it would be nice if the staff would seat large tables of noisy guests apart from other diners. I don't mind people enjoying their dinner but guess when they're drinking, everything being said is hilarious and don't realize how it disturbs those around them.

A good, solid choice for a night out. The food is good, not great and the service can be spotty but the prices are decent and the wine is surprisingly good. Portions are large. Dining room can be very noisy and the servers do their best to keep things moving but the kitchen can sometimes seem overwhelmed.

We've been enjoying our membership for the past two years. Never thought we would sign up for a Wine Club, but we did, and have never regretted it!
Whether we are a large or small group; food, service and quality is always consistent!

Got the new Dana’s Parmesan chicken,

We are wine club members and are there about once a month. Food’s always good. Service is a little slow some times which can be good for relaxed dinners. Just don’t go expecting to get in and out quickly. Overall, though, one of our favorite places.

Very clean and attractive restaurant. Our waiter was excellent as was the food! Coopers Hawk offers complimentary wine tasting and we found the wines very good and reasonably priced. We would return again without question.

This is one of our new favorite restaurants. We've been twice now and both the service and food is great! I love the Life Balance menu which is smaller portions. The brussel sprout salad is delicious. I like that you are able to taste any wine before you commit to a glass or a bottle. I don't know of another restaurant that does that. Really makes the decision a lot easier. And, the wine club is really good. We joined after our first time there. This is a good place for couples, families, groups. Make a reservation. They are very busy.

Unfortunately Cooper Hawk is more concerned with their wine membership. The day we went the place was packed and service was terrible. They had few servers in my option and the facility is small and cannot accommodate the enormous amount of both wine members and just regular food customers. I had ordered the Filet Mignon but they took a very long time and when the kitchen brought out my plate (my wife had her plate already - not steak) they had a NY Strip well done. I had to wait for my waitress so long that I just called any server and expressed my dissatisfaction as noted above. The manager came apologized and asked if I would want the correct steak and I said no since I had already waited so long. I expressed my dissatisfaction with the lack of space and servers and the lengthy waiting time. I explained that we just wanted to leave and that I was not going to pay for the meal. Just want to leave. The manager was kind enough not to charge us.

Anton did a marvelous job for our visit. The food was great too! We actually took the time to do a tasting this round, and was overall delighted with the choices.

If we could change anything, it would be the noise level in the tasting area.

This is one of our favorite places to visit.
