Excellent food, excellent service, great value
It was a great place to have a conversation while enjoying some amazing food.
Cooper's Hawk in Ashburn has always been friendly and accommodating. Management is excellent. Our server (Julie) was very good.
Had a nice dinner at Cooper's! We always love the Lobster Seafood Bisque and Salmon entrees.
Always great food and great service!!! I highly recommend making a reservation Thursdays through Sunday.

Brussel sprouts salad is excellent along with barramundi entree.
We went for Thanksgiving dinner and were very happy with the experience. The food was outstanding and of course the Wine was a complete complement to the dinner.
The service was very slow. The food was dry and salty. My son, who is 6 was the last to be served and he only ordered chicken tenders and fries. Usually Coopers Hawk is excellent, but it seemed they didn’t know how to handle the volume
Did a wine tasting with Gary, he was fantastic an perfect for the vibe of our group! I’ve had him several time prior and enjoy him every time. The food is fantastic, just apps or entrees you can’t go wrong!!

Dinner was great as were the special cocktails we had. Filet Mignon and a Churascurra(sp?) Steak dish along with some Crab and Lobster Bisque. Reservation was on time and no complaints.

Parking experience could be better. The valet cones took up most of the parking spaces but the valet attendant was was nowhere to be found to park your car. We waited for 15 minutes and no one was there so we had to just park somewhere further away.
Met a friend there for dinner. She had the chicken egg rolls for an appetizer and we had a nice Cab Sav for the table. I had the Butternut Squash Gnocchi and she had the Chicken Madeira. Our meals were delicious (as usual) and so was the wine. Great service and overall experience. Will dine there again soon!
Everything was fine, as with many of our other visits. The only issue was the seating was next to a drafty external door so we were both cold the whole time.
Excellent food and choices for the right price. Great for special occasions or just a nice evening out.
We should have more of these types of restaurants in the area, classy.

Wonderful experience
Our server Justin was excellent - great personality, friendly and made great suggestions. We both had pasta dishes. The rigatoni in Country Rigatoni was too al dente...could have been cooked a little more and the Caesar salads, while good, did not have enough dressing. We joined the wine club based on Justin’s recommendation,
Service was good, a few reminders to use a low salt option for food were needed. Food is generally good farm to table options. Wish they had more plain without sauces.
This is our favorite place to eat for date night, taking friends and family to dinner and tasting wines.

Friendly staff, definitely recommend making a reservation. My steak was slightly overcooked and my wife’s slightly under for what we ordered. Overall a good experience and do recommend.
Took way too long to be sat with a reservation. Front area was crowded and uncomfortable. Many people were waiting for tables with reservations. The wine contraptions that are used are a complete space hog on the table and in my opinion unnecessary. Ours had a leak and was dripping wine the whole time which then splashed all over the table and onto my wife’s clothes. We had to keep a glass below it.
The food took almost 40 minutes to come out. Thankfully it was still hot. I had the special which was a butternut squash ravioli with clams, scallops, and lobster. The ravioli was great and the fish was cooked well. The sauce was very thin, almost soup like. It did have good flavor though.
Overall I was disappointed with our initial service with regards to being sat and the length of time it took for our food to come out. The wine aerators look cool, but in reality they are just annoying. Just give me the freaking bottle.
Thankfully the wine is good here, but I don’t think I’ll be coming back for dinner service again.
We went early knowing it would be busy.....the noise level was awful-won't return!! Couldn't carry on a conversation with our friends. One dinner inedible- over done/ burnt- other dinners were good. Definitely not enjoyable :(
We had reservations and were seated immediately upon arrival. Our food and service was great. The only issue we had, is for a 545pm reservation it took forever to get our food. We did not leave until well after 745/8pm. Our orders were not complicated so the time it took was significant.
Food was very low quality and I just looked at my credit card bill, and I was charged twice for the same bill.
Normally the food is good but this time it was over cooked and they forgot my Asian slaw

Took a friend out for her birthday. She got the Ahi tuna and I had the Dana's parmesan -crusted Chicken. The waiter brought my fiend a chocolate covered strawberry and a truffle. All of the food was fabulous as usual. And all of the staff are terrific!
