Coppi Ratings and Reviews
Coppi is by far my favourite Italian restaurant in the heart of Belfast City Centre! So easy to book online and they take same day reservations which has helped me out on many an occasion when I have forgotten to book a table. Coppi is a beautiful restaurant with a great selection of cocktails and very attentive staff. My husband and I were there on Sunday day for lunch and had the anti pasti sharing board as a starter followed by the roast lamb sharing plate. The lamb came the most amazing roast potatoes, creamed potatoes, cauliflower and leek gratin and honey roasted carrots. Amazing food!
I have also been to Coppi with groups of friends (I opted for the Tuscan goat ragu..perfecto!) and it never disappoints...it is my ‘go to’ restaurant when I want to take people out for dinner.
Booked a table on a recommendation from a friend and it was as good as she said. Greeted by a friendly hostess and led to seating at the bar where our drinks orders were taken while waiting for our table. Seated before our reservation time and food orders taken promptly.
The food was delicious, I had the prawn linguini. Great selection of mains with vegan menus available also. The staff were all very friendly and helpful and kept the table topped up with water. The restaurant was busy but did not feel over crowded and the atmosphere was fantastic. Overall, we had a wonderful meal with great service and will definitely return soon.
Coppi was absolutely fantastic! The food was incredible and the cocktails were amazing. We really enjoyed the lively atmosphere, the place was buzzing. Our waitress was really nice and helpful. We’re already planning our next trip to Belfast so we can eat there again!
Food was excellent, could have done with more staff though would have liked extra drinks etc but no one ever asked as and had to wait ages after our meal for plates to be cleared, offered desserts or the bill. In fairness the place was really busy and the staff who did serve us were lovely just seemed like they needed a few more bodies. Thanks again guys will be back!
Had lovely Feta fritters with truffle honey, pasta nachos and beautiful duck pizzetta for starters, followed by duck ragu and prawn linguine. The duck ragu was exceptional with deep flavours, whilst the linguine was lovely with milder flavours. It will be hard not to order the duck ragu again on our next visit. We shared a slice of pear and ricotta cake served with amaretti marscapone cream (if I remember correctly) ; it was nice but I couldn't taste any amaretto flavour. It's quite noisy in the evenings, but the service was great, and the food delicious. Our meal for two cost £63 which included 3 glasses of wine.
