Our experienced team aim to deliver a warm and friendly dining experience which is to be enjoyed in traditional and unique surroundings.
Small menu which does not overwhelm. Good value for money. Well presented and tasty food.
Lovely meal and great service at Corinthian. Has an old gentleman’s club feel about it,really pleasant, good value for money will certainly return and recommend to friends. Perfect spot for pre theatre meal
this one of the best resturants in Nottingham.have eaten here many times the French chef is so creative .I have eaten most thing on the menu and they are all superb .the service outstanding ,the restaurant is like stepping back in time .fab.
Always wonderful food and such amazing value for money. Feels secret and special, can't recommend it enough!
Friendly with quality food value food. Arrived last but wasn't a issue. Thankyou
Fantastic food and service love this restaurant. Hidden gem
Service was excellent, food was gorgeous. Just a shame we were the only customers!
I loved the experience of dining here but we were the only customers! It is a beautiful venue with a very pleasant member of staff. The food is excellent quality for the cost and I cannot understand why more people do not go here. It has a car park which in the centre of town is rare and a great place for pre theatre meals. I can thoroughly recommend it. It is clean and a very interesting building. The tables were presented beautifully. Nothing not to like. The wines were excellent and not overpriced. Thank you for the experience, I can recommend you try it.
Food was impeccable, service was excellent. A thoroughly enjoyable evening.
Yet another excellent meal at the Corinthian - we will definitely go back!
Amazing food, amazing restaurant, amazing prices, amazing staff! This is now one of my favourite restaurants and they have incredible wedding rooms! I would highly recommend this place!
Great food, great service & great prices. Ideal location for eating if your going to the Royal concert hall.
Have been several times to this restaurant and never been disappointed with the food or service. It's a little Gem!
A gem of a restaurant where the food and service is excellent.
very very pleased , outstanding hidden gem. Parking is available behind which is an added bonus in the city centre.
The choice of food, varied and really well presented and cooked to perfection.
Staff very friendly and eager to please
Excellent customer service, excellent food and excellent atmosphere. Previously, I have only been here for afternoon tea but I decided to take my sister out for dinner for her birthday and she absolutely loved it. The waiter was king and friendly. The tea and food tasted amazing. I have already booked myself to go back with other family members and friends. This is the best little place to go out for dinner. It felt so private not overly loud and peaceful. I was actually able to enjoy my dinner. All complements to the chef, the food was incredible and they were able to help my sister since she can only eat gluten free food. They went the extra mile to serve us and I can now say this is one of my favourite places to go out and eat. I will become a regular customer. I certainly recommend this wonderful restaurant.
Why is this place not packed out regularly?
Great mothers day experience
Will be returning
Mother’s Day Lunch was good value with a decent choice on the set menu. All the dishes we had were well cooked and presented. Staff were friendly, courteous and efficient. Decor is rather tired, reflecting its background as the Masonic Lodge dining room but it’s a beautiful building nevertheless. Overall, we would recommend Corinthian so long as it’s location in the Masonic Lodge doesn’t bother you.
Can be a little too quiet at times but still lovely food & service
Excellent food at outstanding value. Service extremely efficient - friendly but not obtrusive. It's almost a shame to publicise this hidden gem but a few more customers would be nice to add to the ambience. Definitely worth a return visit.
The food was good but not outstanding. Service was pretty good and the staff were very friendly. My first visit after living in Nottingham for 50 years. Maybe you could think about advertising? I will come again
excellent service and food in a beautiful setting served by polite and lovely staff
Each of the 3 courses were beautifully presented excellent taste service was very good
I love the ambiance of the place, luckily we were the only one in the place so we had the best time! The value for money was great as the food was speedy and well cooked and perfect standard at a very reasonable price for what you get! Loves every second
What a find! Tucked away where you could easily walk past without knowing the treats that lay within. A grand building with first class food at an extremely reasonable price. Highly recommended.
What an amazing night. Food was just delicious, the price bares no reflection on just how gorgeous it was. Would definitely recommend and return if we get the opportunity.
It was a pleasant surprise. The restaurant and menu was very retro, but the food and wines were delicious, and the service outstanding. The prices were very reasonable too.
We came down to the Corinthian for Saturday afternoon tea, i pre-booked as they don't do walk ins, and we had the whole place to ourselves! the sandwich and cake selection was extensive to say the least to the point where between two of us there were half left! and the Scones, Jam and clotted cream were to die for! the staff were friendly and gave us a nice bit of history of the the building (as it is based within the Masonic lodge) very interesting, comfortable, friendly and quiet, highly recommended.
Just perfect in every way. Excellent food and the choice of wine was great. Service is very good and it is a restaurant where you can really celebrate a special occasion in comfort. Can't wait to return.
It was our first visit to this place and we were very impressed. Unfortunately a little quiet but the food was really good and great value too.
What a hidden treasure will definitely be back
A really unexpected treat, on approach we were all unsure what to expect. however the ambiance was very smart, allowing for pre-drinks in a comfortable area. quiet enough to hear each other speak. though I think the real gem was the amazing food and service. wonderful value and a relly good feeling.
Thank you for a great evening
A real pleasant surprise. food was very good and value was outstanding. defiantly worth a visit.
Delightful ambience and service. Seating was comfortable and the room pleasantly warm. The food (we had the Christmas menu) was amazing, cooked to perfection and the presentation was exquisite. Portions were a decent size - we both left feeling pleasantly full.
We appreciated that we were asked if we had theatre tickets when we first went in (we didn't, so took our time). Will definitely be going again.
Probably the best kept dining secret in Nottingham. If only it could be better supported......
Excellent Food and good choice for pre theatre meal
The food was outstanding , service was less attentive with only one waitress . A few small changes could improve the ambience including a pianist and more comfy seats to have coffee . The environment was a bit like a boarding school dining room . Though the food was clearly better !
We were celebrating our daughters 21 st and as a foodie this redeemed all the points to make its very enjoyable meal .
The food was outstanding, the service was excellent, the venue was superb, what more can I say highly recommend
We were to attend the theatre. This is close to the theatre and Talbot Street car park but ring the venue as you may be able to park at the restaurant. Great value dinner. Pre- theatre menu. Very healthy menu and very well presented and prepared. My Mum enjoyed her night out at the restaurant and theatre and the attentive waiter at this restaurant- we needed to have our meal quickly prior to the performance Thanks for a lovely time - do not miss this restaurant it is well worth a visit.
