Corrigan's Mayfair Ratings and Reviews
Hadn’t been to corrigans for a while and it was a lovely experience.
We had drinks in the bar with a friend before having an amazing dinner. The sommelier was superb and picked me a champagne that was new to me but beautiful.
For starters I had the scallops which were perfectly cooked and had amazing flavour, we let the chef pick the mains as we couldn’t choose from the four fish dishes, (lovely to see a celebrity chef actually in his restaurant). The choice was perfect I had the squid ink pasta with cuttlefish and my friend the halibut with mussels.
We rounded off with some cheese and a perfectly champagne cocktail.
Great service great food definitely won’t wait so long to go back :)
We loved this restaurant and have booked to go back after Christmas.
The menu for Lunch wasnt extensive.
What was on offer was cooked to perfection and complimented by attentive yet unobtrusive service.
One small error made with our dessert order ,was quickly rectified.
Recommend get there early and relax with a cocktail before Your lunch or dinner. We are sure to return several times this year.
As always, the food was outstanding and both great quality and very well presented. It is also the service which is top notch with fully attentive staff and manager and an extremely knowledgeable and delightful sommelier.Well done again to Richard and the team
Superb value for money. The food was delicious with really good sized portions - it would be hard to imagine where you could get a better balanced lunch for the price. We have eaten in many first class restaurants in Europe and in various parts of the world and this ranks as high as any. We have no hesitation in recommending it and we look forward to returning soon and trying the diner menu.
This was really a great find and has instantly become my favorite in Mayfair and on of my favorites in the world. Gorsha was enormously accommodating to a variety of special requests associated with our Business dinner.
The venison was simply wonderful and the monkfish was sweet and perfect. This chef is crafty and very special, absolutely top shelf. Loved it!!
Two thumbs up!!👍👍
Second visit to Corrigans and it never disappoints! The overall experience is outstanding, the service is second to none, sufficient but not too much, formal but also informal, pleasant, friendly, attentive staff in all areas!
Highly recommended for every occasion, if you want the Michelin Star eating experience I can not fault Corrigans.
The food is always outstanding there. We especially enjoy going there in the fall as they are wonderful on game. Best game pie I have ever had. But even in non-game periods the food is outstanding and the service excellent. We make sure to visit Corrigan's every time we visit London. We each had the saddle of rabbit and it was very good. Also had the duck liver terrine. Dessert was also quite good. I highly recommend this restaurant.
Delightful meal. Set lunch. Chicken and morel pie delicious with the best pastry I have ever tasted. Special occasion was made even more special for my friend when she met Richard Corrigan himself who gave our table a bottle of complimentary bubbles. Thank you
We had Sunday lunch - both opting for the roast. I would have preferred my Yorkshire to have been warmer (I'd say it must have been cooked for at least 15-20 min before it was served, this seems to be a london trait ( I'm originally from Yorkshire, though have lived here for 20 years)) however, that minor quibble aside, it was excellent. Best Sunday lunch I've had in a restaurant or pub in London, hands down.
There were a couple of other tiny things I'd change with the meal ( and I mean tiny) but the meat was of superb quality. The staff were friendly and efficient. Nice barman. The wine is all very expensive - we went for one of the cheapest at £48, however, I couldn't fault it and was worth the money. The meal itself was good value for that standard of cuisine. I'd recommend it for sure and will definitely be returning.
