Fantastic 12 dish sharing menu. Waitress had great knowledge of all dishes and was very friendly. Fantastic tasting food and we will certainly be returning soon!
The food was outstanding ! can’t wait to come back and try more of the menu very happy with the service bit slow to start but after that everything came out promptly and staff were very friendly and helpful. Cocktails were the best Iv had in a restaurant. Price I would say is a little over priced but the food was so good I would happily come again just maybe be a bit smarter with my order for example rice is big enough to share and starters are big to so again sharing is an option, over all loved this restaurant and can’t wait to come again
Overpriced for what is on offer, went for the 12 plate signature sharing menu. Food was average and plates plonked down with no explanation of the dish.
Complained whilst there and a staff member apologised stating they can’t really cope on Friday and Saturday with the customer volumes. I would save a lot of money and walk 2 minutes down the road to the Gigglingsquid
The food was good but it’s was meagre , and given the price , I was disappointed .
140 for two people for lunch .
Set menu was 80
60 for plain noodles , a gin and tonic , a bottle of tiger , a bottle of water , and a non alcoholic cocktail- that’s pretty bad .
Service was non existent - staff couldn’t give a damn .
Over all - poor
I won’t be back
Great choice of selection at the thai. Went with wife and had lots of starters was lovely. She even got a good non a drink. Touch price for 6 starters and no a for a bill of 100 quid but the food is lovely, same for staff. Looks like they have great set menus for big occasions but perhaps nice to see a big choice to just get lots of starters. Will go again though and defo to try english and bar out.
Arrived a little late - but staff were very polite and accommodating.
Food was excellent quality - beautifully balanced flavours and perfectly sized portions.
Ideal for a quiet dinner and a glass of wine!
CB Thai restaurant in Beaconsfield was a great experience, with absolutely delicious food and friendly staff! We had absolutely amazing dinner. Well done CB!!
Food was good, although not that many options. However the service was very poor from start to finish. It took way too long to get served, get the bill, get another drink. It’s as if the staff don’t purposely look towards you just incase you want something. The Thai green curry was the highlight and the time taken for drinks to come was definitely the low point.
Food was good, but extremely overpriced.
Very rushed in and out
Lovely food a d good service. We had the classic 8 plate menu, which was fantastic. Would definitely return
We enjoyed our evening very much. The ambiance was just right. We had the 12 festive dishes choice, but were a little disappointed in the content of the dishes, and lack of prawns, ie. only two each. The value and ambiance made up for this though.
Lovely restaurant with good food, lovely interior/atmosphere and amazing staff!
Will be returning when I am next in the area.
Bar has an opulence and style worth seeing. Thai restaurant food was good, although was a little too noisy.
However my overall feeling of visit was of an expensive transaction as opposed to a memorable experience. Food was decent, service decent, but overall unremarkable
The food at the restaurant was very nice but the service was very slow.
We ordered drinks as soon as we sat down but our starters came before we had received our drinks (which was about a 15 minute wait).
The wait for service happened a couple of times but at the end of the meal, the staff just bought the bill over they didn’t ask if we wanted more drinks or even desert.
We waited for them to come over after taking our food away so we could order another drink before we left but due to them just giving us the bill (about 20 minutes later) we just paid and left.
We thoroughly enjoyed our meal from starters to the dessert.the service was just as good as was the whole ambience.fefo worth a visit and we shall be returning back very soon
The restaurant was beautifully decorated. The service was great and the food was amazing. I would highly recommend this restaurant to family and friends.
This was a treat for my husbands 40th and we had a really nice time. The food was nice and the ambience was lovely. The only thing that was really disappointing was there was no baby changing facility and I had to change my 5 month old on the floor!! A real downer to the special day.
Brilliant food and brilliant service from the staff. I had a fabulous time time with my wife. I fully recommend anyone to try out the crazy bear thai restaurant. It's a fabulous restaurant.
Lovely place for a special occasion! Loved the food can not fault at all
Lovely food, great service, beautiful atmosphere.
I treated my Mum to a meal for her 60th birthday. The food is delicious, portion sizes are just right and the staff are very attentive. My only complaint is the 2 hour time limit. We felt a little rushed towards the end of our meal when we would have liked to leisurely finish our drinks.
Very good food and venue
Service very poor. Unfriendly. Had to constantly ask for things, waitress unfriendly. Not great overall
Worst Dining Experience Ever! Never Again! The rudest waitress I have ever had. Got the drinks wrong, couldn't explain the menu. Shouted at us.
Parking was a nightmare, and our seat was falling apart so not very comfortable.
The service and attitude of the staff was terrible. The family and I went to celebrate my dads 60th birthday - total disaster. The table time was two hours, drinks arrived 40 minutes into the time, AFTER starters were served. We were constantly being reminded that it was only a two hour table. Will not be going back there again. How can you enjoy a celebration when you’re being rushed to order. Two hour slots should be a policy ONLY when your service is 5* and in this case I wouldn’t even give it 1*.
Oh Harrods did hotels, it would be the Crazy Bear...
Class, sophistication and entertainment just looking at the surroundings...
It’s the place to see, be seen and go and see again..
Feels like a restaurant tou go to be seen at rather than for great service or great food
What a great evening.
Fantastic food, great atmosphere
Enjoyed the whole experience
Amazing food and atmosphere. Service good. Some of the side dishes were a bit overpriced.
food was amazing ....but the bill was a shock! We had a sharing starter, shared a main course and had a bottle of wine ...over£100!!
I felt like I was being rushed by the staff to leave. They kept on reminding me that I had to clear the table by 8pm. When I am spending so much money for a service I don’t expect to feel rushed. There is no vegan menu also which makes it difficult to know what I can eat
Amazing food! We had the 12 plate set menu and the food tasted amazing and there was so much that we couldn’t eat it all! Highly recommend
Very tired looking. 1 member of staff serving and no one to greet guests downstairs . Express menu tiny portions of very average food and main menu expensive for poor quality . Such a disappointing experience !!’
The Thai restaurant looks great and impression lux. The food was good and the service prompt. The big draw back was the management's inability to control the behaviour of a rowdy table of six girls, with no apparent understanding of how to behave in a restaurant. The shouting, loud and exaggerated hiccupping (!) and general escalating noise coming from their table was uncouth and totally off-putting. The Crazy Bear attracts a glitzed-up clientele and there's nothing wrong with feeling in 'party mode', Unfortunately, this particular group of un-lovies showed zero consideration for other diners and spoilt what would otherwise have been an enjoyable evening. The Assistant Manager, in charge that night, would have to have been be both deaf and blind not to notice the effect and disturbance. We complained to the waiter explaining our early departure was the unacceptable noise (he apologised but clearly felt he couldn't do much). On leaving we spoke to the Assistant Manager (who had apparently been informed of our comments before by the waiter), his concern was unconvincing to say the least! Maybe we were unlucky but with such lack lustre, disinterested management it's not somewhere we could recommend.
We had the set menu with a glass of champagne. The champagne was good quality, the food was excellent and plentiful, the atmosphere was lovely and good for friends, couples or families. The background environment is gentle and there was a great soundtrack playing and the staff were efficient and friendly. I was there with my friend for her birthday and we had a lovely time.
Was an amazing experience & such lovely staff. Felt very spoilt & looked after. Food was so tasty, will most definitely be visiting again & recommending to family & friends.
An amazing restaurant with amazing staff.... Looked after my son who has a severe nut allergy and went through all the recommended dishes that were safe to have. Would highly recommend this restaurant.... Food is very good and it's the cocktails (non alcoholic ones too!) that will bump up your bill so if you are on a budget get a bottle of wine to share....
Untrained staff -hugely disappointing
Every request is an issue.
