This was our first time eating at this particular Carve restaurant. The one on SW Parkway is great, although it is VERY loud. This one was just as loud but the service was excellent and the food was good. The only thing I wouldn’t recommend is the shrimp appetizer which was very expensive for only 4 small shrimp which were grilled and had nothing else on them or with them. My husband got the chicken fried pork chop which was delicious and a good price for a huge chop! I got the vegetarian dish which was spaghetti squash with vegetables and tomato sauce. I loved it and ate the entire thing which was unusual for me. Our friends shared a wedge salad and also got a grilled steak with crab meat on it. It arrived way too rare so they sent it back When it came back it was cooked correctly but had no crabmeat on it. The waitress asked for it but it never came so she at least took that part of it off the bill. Overall we thought this newly opened restaurant was great and if they could figure out how to make it a little more quiet, we would certainly eat there more often!
