I’ve eaten here at McCormick & Schmick’s many times and I have to say that the service I had tonight almost felt like I was in a drive thru line at Wendy’s over by the airport. We didn’t get any refills, not even offered. Our food came out and the server never came to our table. We waiting for quite awhile to get our check and she walked off. I was ready to pay then so that we could get to our event on time with out rushing. Needless to say, we rushed. I hope next time, if I come back, service would be better. The night wasn’t busy at that time either which makes it shocking to me that a place of this caliber would even be like this. The food was great, I won’t complain there.

We have been having a family gathering of daughters and granddaughters at Christmas time here for 11 years. The food is consistently good, and the atmosphere is quiet and relaxing. We also love the decorations in the hotel lobby. Our server was kind enough to take our group photo but complained that they were short staffed, that she doesn’t work during breakfast and didn’t even know the menu. It took her a long time to get all the plates out. I am empathetic to them being short staffed but have worked in a restaurant myself. Nobody wants to hear a server complaining about anything. They need better training with how to speak to customers. Overall, we enjoyed our meal and we will be back, but hoping for better service next time.

The food was exquisite and the service was excellent. I really enjoyed the ambiance. It was a great way to celebrate a special occasion. I even received a handwritten birthday card which was so special. Truly a great experience and I’d highly recommend.

My experience was excellent , I was able to enjoy my birthday especially with the amazing waiter Diallo, he made sure to attend us even though he had a lot of tables and consistently checked in on us. He is an amazing , patient and kind waiter. He deserves employee of the month or something he’s amazing!

Our lunch for three was very nice - food very good, a little noisy for lunch crowd. Our server was friendly and attentive but stretched way too thin - it her fault - it’s a management thing.
