Food was excellent. Big portion of mussels for only $2 more than the Caesar salad - seems salad is mis-priced (too high). Service was ok. Young boy didn't really speak english or understand when ordering. Other than that, I had a pleasant experience.

As usual we had a very lovely experience at Chew Chew. We always sit at a table in the bar area. This time we went for the Thursday oyster special. We also had a cauliflower crust flatbread all just delicious. We always enjoy their cocktails too. We go out to eat often and Chew Chew is one of our favorites

Celebrated my girlfriends and I anniversary dinner here. Got sat at the first floor, with live piano music. A bit hard to hear my partner but that’s okay because the food and service was 10/10. The Miso Seared Chilean seabass’s broth was chefs kiss. We even dipped pieces of our lamb in the broth. SO GOOD. To top it all off Alejandro made our day special. He was very attentive, informative, and a warm soul. Definitely recommend this place if you’re in Chicago
