The standout here is the beautiful tonkatsu pork! The juiciness, the flavour are unbeatable. This is truly a gem in Waikiki. Needless to say, the service is warm and efficient, too.

Service was good. The first fire pot wasn't working so they had to move us. Nobody knows where this beef comes from, or what part of "cow" it's from.

This is our 7th or 8th visit to this Japanese style restaurant. On this occasion, all the food seemed to be extra fresh and tasty. The entree's of large prime rib and the lobster were excellent. We had a reservation and there was no wait upon arriving. This is our favorite of the three Tanaka of Tokyo's in Honolulu. Highly reccommended.

This was at least our 3rd maybe 4th time there. Eric was so much fun. Very engaging!! We enjoyed the entertainment and the food was delicious! Even our grandkids enjoyed the food and how amazing Eric was!! We plan on coming back!!
