The staff attending to us couldn’t have been any more pleasant or courteous. Everyone made sure we were having the best experience possible. We felt truly taken care of in the genuine way possible. Jess was our waitress, and I almost feel like that isn’t even the right word to describe her.
She didn’t just “wait” on us, but guided a through the whole dinner. It was more of an experience than a meal, and she was our gustatory shaman, leading us through flavors and concepts of each dish and wine-pairing. We made sure to tell her in person, as well as everyone we encountered how wonderful they were. When we come back, we hope Jess can take care of us, because we truly felt taken care of. The chef’s creations, and the execution by the kitchen staff was flawless. The way all the flavors worked together and played off each other, along with the presentation, truly created a mind and palate blowing experience. Worth every penny, with out question.

We love the Verandah for a fancy family dinner. The food was delicious, although service was a little slow and almost unfriendly at times. No one was specially rude, but a little fleeting, disconnected, and the lack of smiles left us feeling less than welcome. Having said this, we would be willing to give this location a chance in hopes that perhaps it was just an off night when we dined there.
