We had a reservation for 8 PM and they were able to fit us in earlier. The experience we had was great overall. We sat in the courtyard on a cool evening, that was nice amongst the fairy lights strewn across. The table was set simply. Menus were then brought over to us and we asked for suggestions, which was good for our tastes for mixed croquettes and sausages(Chorizo and Poblano). Ordering our steaks was a great experience. Our butcher for the evening explained the Wagyeria history and philosophy about their cattle and the farm-to-table process. We then got to view the steaks available and then select from the options and cut to order. Our steaks were cooked perfectly as requested to the right doneness. They serve the steaks with a simple dressed vinaigrette salad that does not overpower the tastes of the Wagyu, and paired with simple roasted potatoes. Service was attentive this evening as they checked in periodically. Unfortunately, we were too full to partake in their dessert offerings.
