Everything about this restaurant was wonderful. Beautiful ambiance, good music that isn't loud, good service and the best part - the food. We only got to try 2 dishes and every item on the plate was cooked to perfection. I got a skirt steak, which came exactly as ordered without being overcooked or undercooked. The potatoes and broccolini it came with were totally delicious, too. My date had a halibut with mashed potatoes in place of risotto, and his dish was also amazing. Perfectly cooked fish with creamy sauce that has a unique flavor to it. His old-fashioned drink was also very good. I really enjoyed this establishment, and especially so during Christmas season. Look forward to coming back and trying more dishes.

Filemon, our server, was the absolute best, as was the food, atmosphere, and ambiance. It is in the busy area of the Orange Circle but worth the travel and parking trouble! You can’t go wrong with anything on the menu, I believe, but I found my favorites. Must Try Items: Calamari, any of the available Oysters, Tijuana Caesar with Blackened Salmon, Spiny Lobster, Thai Tea Blondie Sundae Daily seafood is brought in from Dana Point, and it shows! The food is prepared with love and experience. Everything is well-seasoned; the kitchen took its time and was worth the wait. I will be returning soon and believe it was money well spent. Lunch or Dinner, any time is the right time to visit O Sea.

The sides have reduced in size and quality of ingredients. Bread is now a fee and less of it (hardly enough for 2 people). Although the steak and Chilean WSB was on point. Will come back, but will be making new decisions.

Our go to in Costa Mesa, especially when shopping South Coast! Incredible food, wonderful service and beautiful surroundings! Must try is their signature Ribeye sizzling on a salt tick, the calamari, tuna tacos, King Pao eggplant, and the incredible table side ice cream, spectacular!
