The evening at Mr. Tipple was the best of the whole week! Old school Jazz Club, great service and the band played amazing souljazz with the classic Comin’ home baby ! The dim sum was delicious and so were the drinks! We sure will be back!!

Lovely atmosphere, service seemed to be great for the one gentleman serving/ hosting/ and running it. It was busy for a Tuesday. Took a while to order but that was understandable. The amazing service and how fast the food came out was the highlight of the night. Very enjoyable!!

This was my second time to Empress M and bringing my husband and our two friends for their first visit. We were able to enjoy more dishes since there were 4 compared to only two the first time. All of the dishes were delicious my girlfrend really loves Mapo Tofu and she totally enjoyed it as well as the rest of us. The Peking Roast Duck, Sausage Sticky Rice, Sichuan Spicy Fish rounded out our dinner and everyone was stuffed and totally enjoyed their dining experience. Highly recommend going and if you are in Sacramento to try Margaret Wong's other restaurant Yue Huang also great dim sum and food.
