It was such a lovely experience dining at bota tapas. Keith and Nicolas provided excellent service. Nicolas recommended several items on the menu that were popular. He encouraged items from each section of the menu - appetizers, charcuterie/cheese plate, tapas and paella. He said the small plates were enough for 2 people and can be made in 5 min.
We ordered the pear confit and 4 tapas with dessert. That was enough. It was so delicious. Nicolas was right that the start of our food came in 5 minutes. The patatas bravas were slightly different than other places. They were crisp with delicious Spanish chile seasoning. The desert choices were great and we chose the crema catalena. I loved it but my wife said it could have been creamier. The wine options were great and I went with the cava- went beautifully well with the meal. I would go again and take friends. Such a great ambiance.
