We have been to this Chevy's over the years and have, over the past couple of years, noted a decline in quality and service. I received an email today about a promotion they were running and my wife and I decided to give them another chance.
We were surprisingly delighted by the entire experience. Our waitress, Luz, greeted us promptly with chips and salsa, took our drink order, and quickly explained the promotion.
Our order was not immediately ready, but it was not inordinately delayed either. When it arrived the presentation far exceeded what we had become accustomed to at this Chevy's. It was abundantly portioned and sizzling hot. Luz was very attentive and seemed to show up every time we needed something or had a question. It seemed that she had about half a dozen tables that were each well attended.
The meal was delightful and we even tried the "Ooey Gooey" dessert, which was easily enough for the two of us.
I took time to talk with the manager, who is apparently relatively new, and he seemed to be aware of past issues and was part of a team working to re-establish this Chevy's credibility.
If you haven't been lately you should give it a visit. If you are lucky enough to get Luz, I guarantee you will have a great experience.
