Best Afternoon Tea Restaurants in Malibu

Both the manager and the entire staff were excellent and made this bridal party experience for my SIL such an amazing time! Definitely will return!

Our hostess Patricia was very happy to serve us and she explained the high tea menu and experience we were about to be treated with. The tea and variety of food including the desserts, were fresh and delicious. I had coffee with the desserts and the coffee was hot and delicious. Thank you Patricia for everything. Mucho amor.

We were happy to find a near-LA restaurant that had a proper English Afternoon Tea on a weekday (Tuesday). The tea room was separate from the rest of the pub/bar and was lovely with white tablecloths and beautiful china. We ordered the Royal Tea with a Kir Royale; it was more than enough to eat - we needed a takeout box to take home several sandwiches and desserts. Service was excellent. I wish I lived closer so that I could go back for all the other foods and drinks they offer. There's also a store next door and it includes a bakery of fresh-baked items to go.

We had a wonderful experience at this tea house with it's pretty garden setting. We both enjoy tea and have been to many places in LA, but this is our new favorite. They easily have the best scones and shortbread in LA, and their sandwiches are great. We love the addition of an Empanada with your choice of filling. Come hungry! So many of the hotels cut corners and the food is not fresh, but not here - it's very yummy. The owner and staff are very attentive and we loved supporting a local place. Worth the drive from West Covina and the South Bay.
