Honestly, I had not been to their new location yet (shame on me). But after finally making the trip over, I can honestly say it still feels so familiar, like home away from home. ES is where you go when you want an experience, not just a drink or a meal. The staff and management are well-trained, the owner is part of the team, and the employers are dedicated to their jobs. In times like this, I would much rather my dollars are going toward something great that I will remember than something bland and forgettable.
