I had happened to mention to a local friend of mine that we were going and they had noted good experiences at Ironside. My personal experience did not disappoint. The food was delicious, particularly the lobster roll, absolutely a must try. The cocktail variety was excellent and many of the drinks had unique flavors. From the atmosphere to the food and cocktails, everything was wonderful—but what really made the night special was our server, Justin. Justin was absolutely awesome! He was incredibly knowledgeable and shared some of the history of the restaurant with us, which was so interesting to learn. You could genuinely tell that he loved Starlite and had a real connection to the restaurant from before the acquisition by CH. That passion really came through in the way he talked about the food and the restaurant. They also made my wife feel so special for her birthday, which I really appreciated. The cocktails were fantastic, the Caesar salad is an absolute MUST, and honestly, do yourself a favor and get all of the steak sauces—they were all so good!
