Service was super awesome (people spoke English during the day and if they did not, they made a super effort to find someone who understood). The only reason I have this wonderful place 3 stars for service, was due to this one horrible old man who was taking care of the night desk. We called the front desk to warn the staff about broken glass in the terrace that was blown over during strong winds in the evening of 24 Aug 2024. The man who answered seemed disturbed by the call and was very mean and rude, in German. “Come to the front desk!” He said. We said, never mind and sorry to disturb you.
