Exceptional in every way. I’ve reviewed Ember several times previously and as my visits approach 30 since it opened, I can honestly say it’s the most amazing experience. Cooking over open fire provides a special ambiance. The chefs and front of house team are friendly, knowledgeable and really great. Above all, the food is fabulous. We do small plates dining and share our choices in order to get the best experience. Starters, fish, meats and vegetables are all wonderful - you may need Google to learn about some of the unusual ingredients - or just ask the staff. The menu changes regularly as they take advantage of the best seasonal produce. Leave room for a dessert though. The sticky toffee pudding is very special and always on the menu so it’s a toss up to decide whether to order it or one of the other fabulous puddings.

We often book team dinners here and have never been dissapointed. Staff attentive and polite and the food is excellent.

Great food offer & choice, including veggie options & fish. The main meat options are delicious with smoky flavour and good sized portions.
