Today we had the prix fixe menu and, for the first time, started with the Marinated Tomato Salad, Chèvre cream, rocket, raspberry dressing & brioche croutons. It was very light and refreshing, the tomatoes sweet and bursting with flavour. For those who are nervous about goats cheese which can sometimes be strong, the cheese was very gentle and worked well against the raspberries.
