    Dawn's is great. I visit whenever I am in Chicago. Love the fried catfish, greens and coleslaw. So grateful that I got a reservation for 2:45 pm on Friday after a visit to the Obama Presential Center. It was an easy walk from the Center to Dawn's. The staff is very accommodating. My friend needed to have her phone charge and the staff let her use a charger at the front. I also appreciate how the father of the owner, greets the patron. Love this place. Please keep doing what you are doing.Thank you

    It was a wonderful dinner with friends in a comfortable and welcoming place. Our servers, one in training and one more experienced, were impeccable and friendly, but not intrusive. The food was delicious, especially the pork shank.

    Quick apps and drinks before a show. Hadn't bene but enjoyed ourselves. Hadn't expected much from the food and was very pleasantly surprised by how good it was!
