They had a shrimp and corn risotto, which was delicious but not as good as the mushroom. The snapper was delicious. The pork chop is amazing. The tomato toast was incredible.More infoDunsmoor$$$$• American• Glassell Park•4.8
- BBethHawaii •3 reviews5.0Dined 5 days agoWe had an wonderful experience at Kato last night. We did the bar tasting menu which is an abbreviated version of the full tasting menu at the table. We added the lobster course as well. The service was exceptional and exactly the vibe we were seeking. Even though it was only the bar tasting menu we found it to be the perfect amount of food and left feeling extremely satisfied without feeling overfull. The drinks were beautifully crafted and served in vintage barware. They had an outstanding wine list that went on for days. We only had one glass of white with our dinner and it paired perfectly with a as ll our courses. I had the milk punch at the dessert course and it was absolutely delicious. Our favorite course was the sablefish with abalone. I can still taste it now! The fish was perfectly cooked and so flavorful. I’d absolutely recommend this restaurant if you are looking for a nice evening out.More infoKato$$$$• Contemporary Asian• Downtown•4.8
- JJadeLos Angeles •1 review5.0Dined 5 days agoSuch a special dining experience at Hotel Per La! Chef John and Server Donald made my husband and me feel so welcomed and cared for. We enjoyed nine plus incredible dishes, each beautifully prepared, creative, and absolutely delicious. Chef John personally shared the story and thought behind each dish, making the evening feel like our own special tasting experience. If you’re visiting Hotel Per La, I truly hope you get the chance to experience Chef John’s cooking and Server Donald’s wonderful hospitality. They made our evening so memorable, you will savor long after the final course.More infoRistorante Per L'Ora$$$$• Italian• Downtown•4.5
- JJoeyGoldLos Angeles •7 reviews5.0Dined on 2 Sept 2026Always a wonderful dinner at Manuela, the weather was cooler so the courtyard was perfect. The Yellow Tail is still the best in town and Pork toro is really a unique combination. Our servers and bar tenders are always top notch and eager to please.More infoManuela$$$$• Californian• Downtown•4.6
