Best Cocktail Bars in Ardeatino

This was one of the most amazing restaurants on our trip to Rome. It was so elegant and peaceful. The courtyard was beautiful and the large columns made an amazing backdrop to our cocktails and dinner. Add in the fact that it is a literal palace where an Italian princess still lives, made it a night we will never forget!

Had a gathering woth family here and everything was perfect. Staff were very friendly, accommodating and very attentive.

I had an exceptional time at Etere Rooftop. All staff encountered were exceptional, from the door staff escorting me to the rooftop, all the rooftop staff. And the staff members downstairs that gave me a tour of the hotel. I was blown away by the high level of service I recieved the drinks & food were all fantastic, so much so I made sure to come back on my last night in Rome. This was on of my standout venues & I’ll be sure to be back the next time I’m in Rome!

As seniors we liked the young vibe and really did enjoy angus cheeseburgers even though we felt sheepish ordering. The gourmet platter (charcuterie) looked awesome. My cocktail, the Paloma was so good and refreshing. Our reservation was honored and we sat outside.
