Ben Paris is always a good choice. This was our third time here. Twice before on trips to Seattle for vacations, and now the first time as residents. So we can come more often! Ben’s Rooftop Bar is a fun addition to a visit. Go up for pre or post-dinner drinks and enjoy the Elliott Bay views. The food and service are always excellent and the menu choices varied. Drinks are great as well.

I was staying in the hotel for a work conference and it was just so much more convenient to grab dinner & a drink a couple nights here at the Fog Room. Big shout out to Emily, Ariel, & Yoshi, who were all very kind and attentive! The food was also great, my favorite was the pork belly lollipops.

Everything was phenomenal and beautiful. The servers were so welcoming and kind. We loved the Pappardelle al Ragu, Salami piccante, and the house white wine as well as the Soave Classico. We are definitely coming back to try more items on the menu!

The new management has kept all the great features (great atmosphere, food and drink) but added so much with new staff AND staying open past 10 pm. This hotel is located centrally to all music venues. Show are generally over by 10 making the bar/lounge an important after concert gathering place. Important upgrade. Thank you!
