Best Cocktail Bars in Apollo Beach

Food was delicious and met very high expectations. My wife and I had circled Bar Terroir after hearing great things, and the evening we spent there was 10/10. Our waiter was knowledgeable of the menu, helpful when we had questions, and made us feel like we were the only table he was serving that evening. In conversation he told us it was his first service and we would have never guessed it. Would not have been the same evening without his service. THANK YOU. Caviar service and Boeuf Bourguignon were the highlights of the meal. Digestif gummy(dunno what to call it) at the end was unexpected, overwhelming flavor, and perfect reset to send us off. Cheers to the team!!

Had a great time! The food was great dessert was even better. Our server Chris was very attentive and nice. It was my friends birthday they gave a gift and card and it was very personal and sweet.

The atmosphere felt romantic and sophisticated without being overly formal, and the complimentary valet parking from our dinner made the entire evening especially convenient. As a middle-aged couple, we felt this was such a lovely place to celebrate a birthday and enjoy a romantic evening together. No matter our age, life should always have moments like this. We had a joyful and memorable night and would happily repeat the experience again and again. We will definitely return to enjoy more beautiful evenings at Beacon.

Everything we ordered was absolutely delicious—the cauliflower, the whipped feta, and the skewers were particular standouts. ​The restaurant is just beautiful and the atmosphere hits all the right notes. The lighting in the evening was perfect, featuring real flickering candles that set a wonderful mood. The noise level was also ideal; it had a great, vibrant buzz where you could truly feel the energy of the room, but it never felt overwhelming or too loud. ​A special shoutout to our waitress, Mocha, who paid incredible attention to detail, and the rest of the waitstaff who stepped in to help. The teamwork and service were top-notch. ​We had an unforgettable time celebrating, and I am definitely going back!
