Best Contemporary American Restaurants in Shoreline

An absolutely amazing dining experience! Everything was so delicious start to finish. The wine, champagne, and cocktails are top notch! The attention to detail and quality is outstanding. The rosette should not be missed and we liked it so much, we had it again for dessert!

Why wouldn't you want to eat here? It honestly checks all the boxes for an amazing, fun and tasty experience!! The staff are awesome as well & made it all come together.

The food, the space, the service: all were excellent! We will definitely be dining at Eldr again! The space was so cozy, with a fireplace, and exceptional food that made you feel like you were dining in a posh medieval Norse hall! Wonderful!

Our bartender Jackson and our Server Angela were the best. Having to change our last minute reservation from 2ppl to 3ppl was no problem. They accommodated us quickly and we had a lovely table. The cocktails were sublime. The appetizers and small plates were beautifully prepared and delicious. The duck confit appetizer and clams were the favorite. The eggplant and lamb appetizers were my favorites. Service from all staff was excellent and we will return again soon. Thankyou to everyone for making our evening so special.
