Set within CAST, a hidden gem in the heart of Helston, CAST Café offers delicious, seasonal food and approachable natural wines, delivered with warm and welcoming service. The Old Quay House is uniquely located on the edge of the RSPB Hayle Estuary, with its beautiful views and wildlife to enjoy. We offer a relaxed atmosphere, perfect for couples and families alike. Children are sure to enjoy our large garden with it's fun play area, whilst you sit and enjoy a chilled out drink. We are open daily from 11.30am, serving lunch from 12pm and dinner from 6pm (times may change during busy periods - food not served all day).
