What a great experience, food and service were over the top!

Incredible 5+ STARS We had such a fantastic dining experience! It was the first time my two dear friends joined me for dinner. Our server, Brian, truly made the evening special. After sharing our food preferences, he expertly planned every course. We got to try so many delicious entrees, all presented in a family-style way! We started with brioche bread, avocado gazpacho, ahi tuna tartare, and melon salad, all paired with a wonderful 2025 Silver Oak Sauvignon Blanc! And for the main course, a Surveyor Montage Estate-Labeled Cabernet Sauvignon was a perfect choice, served with Ora King Salmon, Truffle Fries, and Surveyor Braised Short Ribs! Plus, a delicious peach & chocolate dessert! I highly recommend all the starters and entrees I mentioned. The Hazel Hill Chefs truly prepared an amazing meal—well done! We had a wonderful dinner at Fume! Our waitress was so friendly and personable - I'm sorry that I can't remember her name! Our meals were absolutely outstanding - fresh and unique flavors! I can't wait to come here again on another visit to Napa!

The Valette Wine Experience hands down THE BEST adventure in all of California Wine Country. To have award winning wine makers, the likes of Katz, Cabral, Rochioli, Browne and Ramey in the line up and under one roof exceeded expectations. Complimenting the amazing wine under the direction of Dustin Valette is a delightful, original and elegant and thrilling 5-course pared menu. Hosted by knowledgeable and experienced manager Lisa made us feel genuinely thrilled and cared for. A BIG Thank you to the entire Valette Team for a great day!
